As a full blooded Delta boy not missing on any bursary or scholarship was my calling back then. Only the first desopadec bursary was wuruwuru. Small wuruwuru never still end for that state o cos we no wetin dey happen. Even when you get some things based on legit matters people go still shook their head put say dem involve just to collect small bread.
However, I encourage all qualified to register. Delta pays like maga. Just that after school street dry. State government and private sector jobs scarce. So our hustles are directed outward.
