BusinessRe: How To Open A Business Name In CAC With N12,000 In Just 2 Weeks Without A Lawyer by starlionnotch: 11:10pm On May 26, 2018
Mintayo:
I dont know where to even start. I am angry. I need help.
I did my business name registration myself since december 2017, and i have not gotten the certificate.

When i did not get any message about the availability of my business name certificate, I went to CAC office in Lagos, Alausa, they told me
that my collection venue is Abuja, that i made the mistake when i was filling the form, which i believe its not true.
Upon enquiry, I was told to hold on for them to contact the person who register my business name in Abuja, that they will send me a message,
since then I have not heard from them. I have been to Alausa almost every week, but it's always the same story - that I should come back,
the person in charge of my certificate in Abuja has not been responding or he is on leave. I have sent mail to their email address, they only acknowledged the mail, no response until three days ago where the handler told me to send my AVAILABILITY CODE AND APPROVED BUSINESS NAME, I did that , yet they are still replying me with the same thing- that i should send the code and other information.
I have also called the contact numbers - those ones were never reachable until yesterday, one Stella picked and told me to send a mail.
All they had to do is to just send my certificate from Abuja to Lagos, i don't know why that seems so difficult.

It's been five months now, and seriously, i have missed two opportunities just because i do not posses the certificate, it's been so frustrating.
I need help on any other things to do.
This is is my point exactly.

InvestmentHow To Obtain Business Permit, Residence Permits & Expatriate Quota In Nigeria. by starlionnotch(op): 12:31pm On May 11, 2018
For foreign participation in the Nigeria business sphere, certain permits are required of investors, such permits include, but not limited to expatriate quotas, business permits, residence permits.

Expatriate Quota is the official permit given to business organizations operating in Nigeria to employ non-Nigerians into specifically approved job designations. It also specifies the duration of such employment as permitted.

There are basically two types-

Permanent until Reviewed (PUR): – This permit is usually granted for the post of Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors or the Managing Director.
Temporary – This is for directors and other employees of the company. The Maximum number of years granted in the first instance is five years renewable for a further period of two years. Requirements for obtaining Expatriate Quota includes:
Immigration Form II
Tax Clearance Certificate
Company Incorporation Documents
Evidence of Capital Importation
Evidence of ownership of premises/Lease Agreement
Resume of the Expatriates
Feasibility Studies/Business Plan.
while Business Permit on the other hand is where Foreign nationals obtain a business permit before beginning a profession, business or trade in Nigeria. This permit allows for the local operation of a business with foreign interest and this is issued by the Federal Ministry of Interior.

Some of the requirements for obtaining Business Permits in Nigeria include:

Certificate of Incorporation of the applicant company;
Copies of the Tax Clearance Certificate of the applicant company;
Copies of the Memorandum and Articles of Association;
CAC Forms CO2 and CO7
Joint Venture/Partnership Agreement where applicable.
Shareholding of the Company should be a minimum of 10 million.
Residence Permit: The Nigerian Immigration Service issues a Combined Expatriate Residence Permit And Aliens Card (CERPAC) for expatriates who intend to live and work in Nigeria. After the grant of the expatriate quota positions, the expatriates will each be required to apply for residence permits, in order for them to reside and work in Nigeria. Expatriates can be accompanied by their families and dependent applications will be submitted on their behalf

Requirements for obtaining a Residence Permit includes:

Application letter from the employer requesting Regularization of stay and accepting Immigration Responsibility on behalf of the expatriate.
Letter of Appointment/Employment.
Acceptance of offer of Appointment/Employment.
Form IMM22 with three (3) Passport –size photograph.
Expatriate Quota Approval
Vetted Credentials
Valid Passport with STR (Subject to Regularization) (Employment) visa and photocopies of relevant pages.

laudate:
The things to consider include bedroom spaces, proper ventilation and parking spaces. Too many terrace buildings have rooms that are cramped and look like cubicles. The parking spaces within the premises are also very tight and in some cases, non-existent. So what is the point?
You have a great point there.

Thanks.

Thanks guys

i met another guy who also scanned, and it only revealed the same problem with coolant thermostat only.
but he suggested that it was something wrong with a plug valve in my transmission after driving the car.
but i still feel it might not be something that serious with the gear box itself.
as someone rightly suggested above, i will check the gear box sitting, that is my next area of suspicion.

ignorance sometimes can be bliss, I'm sure it's the skeletal obdII generic scanner.

@ op sometimes go the extra mile, gather info from all around and then u will enjoy what life has to offer.

get in touch with a good technician with adequate tools, jerking isn't a big deal when it comes to Toyota, let the tech scan ur vehicle with a more holistic scanner that can read gear codes. u will discover some other faults. engine and gear mounts ok?
confirm if ur thermo has been removed, revert the vehicle to factory specs and enjoy life
Thanks so much, i will go to a better scanner, i used a technician who uses a hand held scanner.
Can i get a good recommendation on a good diagnostic centre in Abuja?

I experience a slight jerk on my camry 2.4 while in motion, that kind of jerk you experience when there is a change in transmission, especially as experienced in manual vehicles, but not as a result of change in transmission.

It makes my driving experience horrible.
I have changed and adjusted plugs severally, i have changed my fuel pump and filter to a new one, i have changed my engine mount at the top and still problem persists.

My check engine light comes on.

The last time i did a scan, it only showed there was something wrong with the coolant termostat, and my engine does not overheat.

Please i am almost giving up on this car, who has the solution to this problem please?

I was once a frequent visitor of this thread, i even got two jobs from this thread that i have since quit, and have no regrets for quiting. I enjoy life better being an employer of labour, i leave home and return at will.

Why am i saying all these, i want to encourage all job seekers to be service providers, since our start ups in our economy are more service based in contrast to industrial based.

Learn a skill, and also look at what you have in your hands, that which you have already studied in school.
All your need is summon up courage and set out to provide your service with confidence.

I had a guy come over to my house for home service spa massage, he is providing a service, and he does it with so much confidence and knowledge of his skill and has made so much money from rendering his services.

I encourage us to look inwards, we have something in our hands, look deeply, you will find it.

I can help with framework for your startups, i am willing to give free advisory on starting up your business, registering a commercial or social enterprise, that is your Business name/Limited Liability Company or NGOs.

We also help to protect your trademark, design and patent.

Feel free to direct your questions to me, i will be willing to give advisory for free

I'll rule out the supposed dream you had. Don't swell on it because it will prevent you from getting real solution.

My and you are kinda in the same boat, so i think i have some experience in this area as i have done my research using the symptoms that i've had. While i would recommend you to go to an hospital, i'm afraid that our medical system is in comatose and if you don't have malaria or thyphoid you're in trouble. Even teaching hospitals that are supposed to be of help will waste your time unnecessarily. So, only you can help yourself. Do you your research and any thing you come up with, you can take it to the doctor, so that he will tell you what tests to undergo.

I think it's imperative for you to list all your symptoms, so that i can also help you out.

Do you have any of these symptoms?

Memory problems
Body weakness
sleep problems
Depression/Anxiety
Brain fog
balance problem when walking
sensitivity to light
Meanwhile, i think you should check for the following:

1. Cancer (just like people have suggested.)
2. Auto Immune disease
3. Thyroid
4. Depression/Anxiety
5. Nervous system

Like i said, i will need a comprehensive list of your symptoms to be able to to narrow it down for you.
Hello bro, i think you know what you are talking about.
I have had this back pain that causes me a mild fiver and fatigue, and a mild throat irritation that is hardly noticeable.
I have done FBC, FBS, HIV test, MP, Stool test and nothing is seen.
Temprature is normal, lost about 4kg in the last 2months since sytoms started.
Treated malaria and typhoid, yet the pains fatigue will not go, i can't stand for too long, and i don't walk straight sometimes, i sleep well, and i feel better at wake up mode, but once i wake up and engage in any little activity, symptoms return.
I would like to know if FBC can reveal a problem with the kidney or liver?
What kind of test can be done to know if there is a problem with the Kidney or liver?
Please what do you think my problem is?
