computergod:
Good day guys.

I have been following this thread when after three months of getting married i observed that my wife wasn't ovulating nor menstruating.
I insisted she visit a gynea/fertility clinic. She did and after hormonal profile scan, the doctor diagnozed PCOS.

He recommended some lifestyle changes for her, to enable her lose weight.
He also placed her on 1500mg metformin and that month she menstruated and he placed her on 100mg Clomid, after some days she was sent for a TVS and it was observed that there were two follicles with average sizes 18mm and 22mm. She was then given a shot of HCG but she didnt ovulate nor menstruate.

The doctor then asked her to take a two month break and after which she started the routine afresh.
she has been on the metformin and just completed the Clomid about a week ago. She did the TVS today and i am attaching d result of the scan.

The doctor asked her not to take any HCG injection.

i want you guys to help me look at the scan result.....and give me your opinions

What's her cycle length? so as to judge d growth of her follicles. She sure has Pcos

My last cycle is my second round on clomid, first was 50mg:follicle tracking confirmed ovulation on CD 19 with two matured eggs and it ruptured. AF came CD 34
Second was 100mg without follicle tracking but I felt ovulation pain on cd14 with plenty ewcm but the winch came cd32
I had irregular AF for two years, AF will be absent for 96,80,65,70,62 . but with help of God and Vitex it stopped this year which is now 36,35,34,32.
Fruitful mamas & Dr , what could be wrong now that my period is regular and I now ovulate
Last dh SA(last year) was 9million, morphology 90%, most of the semen pour out after sex.
I noticed the fluid is watery this days
What do you think is wrong and what can we do or try this cycle.

Hello sis, hubby has oligospermia with 9million swimmers,d morphology is excellent but u didn't state d motility which is very important as it states how fast swimmers are to overcome cervical mucus stress and fertilize d egg.U can get him started on Wellman,Addyzoa or proviron. Its well sis. #hugs

I treated candida infection n started seeing it after using evening primrose, omega 3, vit e, robittusin and the Almighty preseed. I even changed my diet to vegetables all to no avail. The key is to treat the root cause of which I read can be due to infection or hormonal imbalance because hormonal irregularities can interfere with pH balance n bacterial or yeast infection can make the mucus to be acidic thereby creating an environment hostile to sperm. You can google for more info

Sorry to bother u sis,how was ur sexual urge before d treatment ,was there a special urge during ur windows? or none both during nor outside window period?

The mango season is upon us and no doubt many of you have seen this juicy succulent fruit being sold across the streets of every major Nigerian city. Now before you ignore them and spend your money on something else, here are 20 reasons why your money will be better spent on a mango.
1. Helps Prevents Cancer: Mangoes are packed with antioxidant compounds which have been found to protect against cancer. These compounds include quercetin, isoquercitrin, astragalin, fisetin, gallic acid and methylgallat, as well as the abundant enzymes. They prevent cancer cells from multiplying or developing.
2. Lowers Cholesterol: The high levels of soluble fiber, pectin and vitamin C help to lower blood levels of cholesterol, specifically Low-Density Lipoprotein (the bad kind).
3. High iron content: Mango is rich in iron, hence it is a great natural solution for people suffering from anemia. Menopausal and pregnant women can indulge in mangoes as this will increase their iron levels and calcium at the same time.
4. Fertility booster: Mangoes are excellent for women looking to get pregnant as they provide folic acid, which is necessary for fertility.
5. Eye Health: Mangoes contain vitamin A, which promotes good eyesight and prevents night blindness and dry eyes.
6. Helps in Diabetes: Mango fruit have a relatively low glycemic index (41-60) so moderate ingested amounts of the fruit will not spike your sugar levels.
7. Natural sex enhancer: Mangos are a great source of vitamin E. Vitamin E has been show to increase your sex drive and stamina.
8. Improves Digestion: Mangoes are one of the many fruits which contain enzymes needed for breaking down protein. The fiber in mangoes also helps digestion and elimination.
9. Alkalizes the Whole Body: The tartaric acid, malic acid, and a trace of citric acid found in the fruit help to maintain the body’s pH levels via its alkalizing effect.
10. Boosts Immune system: The generous amounts of vitamin C and vitamin A in mangos, plus 25 different kinds of plant pigments called carotenoids which keep your immune system healthy and strong.
11. Anti-aging effects: The vitamin A and vitamin C found in mangoes are also known to be anti-aging nutrients. They help delay the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines by eliminating excess free radicals.
12. Weight loss: Mango has a lot of vitamins and nutrients that help the body feel fuller. Also, the fibrous fruit boosts the digestive function of the body by burning additional calories, helping in weight loss. The insoluble fiber in mangoes help flush out impurities in the gut, leading to a flatter belly.
13. Aids concentration and memory: Mangoes are rich in glutamine acid– an important protein for concentration and memory. It has been recommended that mangoes should be fed to children who find it difficult to concentrate on studies.
14. Great source of trace minerals: Trace minerals such as potassium, selenium, zinc and copper are present in mangoes and these are necessary for optimum health.
15. Control dandruff: The vitamin A in mangoes helps to control dandruff. It is recommended that mangoes be mashed and then applied to the hair and left for a few minutes before washing off. It also has the added effect of making your hair glow.
16. Natural skin lightener: Mangoes when rubbed onto the skin and left for 10-15 minutes have been found to be an excellent skin without any of the harmful effects that creams offer.
17. Great for sensitive skin: A paste of equal amounts of mashed mango, oatmeal and honey can be used as a face mask for people with sensitive skin.
18. Skin cleanser: Mangoes help unclog pores and add freshness to the face. Mangoes are applicable to any skin type. They help clear clogged pores that cause acne and remove blackheads. Just slice a mango into thin pieces and keep them on your face for 10 to 15 minutes and then take bath or wash your face.
19. Gray hair prevention: Mangoes have been known to keep gray hair at bay by applying coconut oil mixed with mango seed with the outer coat removed.
20. Great Conditioner: Mango can also be used in preparing a home-made conditioner. For this purpose, mix mango pulp with a spoonful of yogurt and two egg yolks. Apply this on your hair and leave for 30 minutes to make your hair soft and manageable.

My dear I never knew I had infection cos it wasn't giving me the usual candida signs until I read here that infection might cause it to be absent (I was only seeing clumpy ones that wasn't stretching). So I went for hvs to be sure n it came out with ++. That month after treating it, I started seeing EWCM I haven't been seeing for months.

Thanks sis,Hebrew women delivery to u.

I don't really think that thing is a problem. In my case it was worse. I can neva catwalk to the bathroom after sex(na rushing). If not, it will mess up the floor, my body ( from laps down), let me not even talk about the one on bed. But still I got pregnant with it. 14 wks now. So worry not my dear if that's ur only problem.

Do u see EWCM? People sometimes neglect that thing but that was what changed my story

Congrats sis, what did u use for EWCM?

Goodevening everyone pls i would like to ask what can be done to correct sperm pouring out after sex that yoruba popularly call EDA
i will appreciate your response pls

Mama, relax, mamas here hv recorded BFP with this conditions, I'll advice u do more of doggy bd style ,it enables direct deposit of sperms at d mouth of d cervix and also helps against gravity which can cause sperm spillage. u can raise ur bum with pillow for some minutes (30mins) after bd to allow the swimmers time to swim.
Hv u done HSG? To be sure u hv a patent tube.

you missed one of the more important points, - the follicle on the right ovary
its 17mm already, and u can ovulate anytime from now.
ur result also confrims no pcos, since no seedling follicle was reported.
apart from that its a normal, good result. bd everyday for 2 or 3 days, and then bd every other day for thefollowing days till cd 22 or so

Thanks Shithapens, Am so happy no pcos is recorded, and I spotted yesterday, d day I carried out d test, does it mean iv ovulated already?

Dimensions are normal for both uterus, ovaries and cervix.
Endometrial plate thickness also okay, may count up to 11mm or less, but it is okay.

Right follicle may be tracked for stigmatisation, which could have occur anyway.
Anything more?

Just remain in your vitamins.

Tks doctor, does stigmatisation also mean ovulation?
Health / Re: Trying To Conceive A Child? TTC by Starmummy: 6:11pm On May 11, 2018
Seems d result is not clear,so I decided to write it out.
The uterus is normal of 5.30cmx3.79x4.04cm) ,empty, anteverted. Endometrial plate 0.98cm thickness.Regular outline of uniform echogenicities. Right ovary 2.48cmx2.84cmx3.12cm with volume of 16.15ml. Left ovary 3.85cmx2.06cmx2.63cm with vol.8.08ml. Cervix is 4.38cm Both Adnex is free.
Am not on hormonal drugs, just pregnacare n vits Pouch of Douglas is free of fluid

Thank you so much for the responses.

@starmummy, thank you too. On hubby's protocol, I'm not sure we can do fertilsan M for now. Please how long will hubby take the addyzoa combo? Then can we do the natural protocol alongside the addyzoa and for how long?

How do I do the castor oil massage please and for how long? Then for the ACV and serrapaptase and Chinese tea, how do I use them?
I'm sorry for asking so many questions o. Thanks in anticipation of your response smiley

.

Hubby can take Addyzoa + Proviron +d vits or d natural treatment for 3months,cause it takes 3monrhs for mature spermatozoa to be produced.U can test after 6wks of usage to see if there is progress.

For d serrap,u can start with 2tabs on an empty stomach very early in d morning for a week to see how ur body reacts to it, its an enzyme and so does not really hv an overdose, but people react to drugs differently, then u proceed to taking 3,4 , as u can afford,d more dosage u take,d more effective it is to eat up those tissues causing blockage. The teas,Yimu cap + Xi xian cao can be taken once a day.U can also u herbal tampons (guiafbao or clean points),to also help break down tissues n bring them out of d body thru d veejay.
Castor oil massage can be done from CD 1- 10 (before ovulation if u r trying that cycle) or throughout if not trying. U can Google search to read on how to apply it on ur pelvic region, then a gentle massage after d hot water treatment.

Sorry for d long post.I wish u d best of God.

Good morning everyone,
I'm back on this forum after so long. It's been a journey I will not wish on my enemy. We've been ttcing for the past 5+ years. Done several tests and taken so many medications, Agbo and all but still nothing.
We saved towards ICSI and just had it this cycle. Went to the hospital last Tuesday for test and it came out negative. The cycle failed embarassed Honestly I can't begin
I'm not giving up hope on having babies because I know very very soon, I'll have them in my arms by God's power. Since we can't go back for another ivf /icsi anytime soon due to funds, I want us to keep trying naturally cos we can't just sit and fold our arms. I want advice on the protocol to undergo given our medical history below:
Dh is 43 and I'm 35
Dh has low count, poor motility and morphology
I had one blocked tube and did hydrotubation 2 years ago but I don't know if it worked or not since I didn't go back to check with hsg. I can't an even imagine going through hsg again after going through 2 already and one hydrotubation. Every other thing is fine. So my question is, what can we do about dh counts and other parameters, and what can I do about the tube?
Your advice will be greatly appreciated pleto pour out to people who understand what I'm going through.
Thanks

Honesly sis,am pained u r going through this, but be rest assured that d promises of God concerning conception and fruitfulness WILL BE FULFILLED in ur life in Jesus name.
For Hubby's swimmers,I'll suggest u get him Fertilsan M,it has great review n mamas hv gotten their BFP using this but its quite pricy about 25k for a pack n has to be used for 3months. OR Addyzoa + Zinc+ Bit c (1000mg) + Vit E.
You can go natural with this protocol, I raw egg+ raw pap+ 1 tin of liquid milk+ 3tablespoon of original honey / mixture of guava leaf extract + 1 tin of liquid milk +honey. (other mamas will give more options)
Have u tried the castor oil massage+ serrapaptase+ACV+chinese teas protocols? Mamas have attested to its efficacy n I think u can try it too.

Thank u for not giving up,God comes late, when HE WANTS TO COME BIG! #Hugs n kisses#
