Just as a reminder, it is just 7days to this diet ATS exams

I just can’t pay much attention to others things happening at home and in the office, even in church as I listen to the sermon, my mind was just fixed on ATS exams.

It is not that I am actually scared, though sometimes I do feel scared and my heart rate will start breathing faster for split seconds.

I guess it is natural to feel scared sometimes. I just have to pass and become a Chartered AAT this diet in order for me to be able to apply for proceed with my ICAN professional stage, so 90% of what is on my mind now is ATS exam and I am very optimistic that I will pass this diet.

You too can remain optimistic just like the story of one of our students. Don’t allow “little fear” to take away your courage. Just remain calm and be optimistic, this diet is your diet.

I have been seeing testimonials of ICAN students on Facebook and

ATS exam day is always filled with drama, you will see the overzealous students still opening their textbooks, you will see students using calculator and you will be wondering what they are calculating.

Sometimes fear will just grip you when you see the seriousness in other student’s facial expression. Even the sight of the exam paper can make you start sweating.

I remember watching a lady who sat next to me on ATS exam day, her lips looked so dry, she was sweating and her hand was shaking when she was given the exam paper.

What she experienced at that moment was anxiety or fear?

Fear and anxiousness on exam day is normal but you must not let it prevent you from doing well in the exam.

If you are aware that anxiety or fear could happen on exam day, then you can convert the anxiety or fear to excitement by smiling or laughing at yourself when you noticed it.


The truth is that even the so called intelligent students also have this fear or anxiety …. I am a witness.

It’s an exam I fear most in the world, despite the testimonies i've heard.....
I boost up my courage to write and I fail again, habana!


I've tried all the possible strategy of studying,

I really empathize with you, I know it is never easy finding
yourself in such situation.
The solution is either you quit or you press on to succeed.
If you quit, you could be throwing away something wonderful―YOUR BEST FUTURE.
There’s always going to be anxiety about uncertainty and
fear of failing again,
but try to push yourself to keep going. After all,
you’ll never know how close you are to succeeding if you quit now.
If you must press on to succeed, then just do these;

1. Start preparation early, I mean right now.

2. Do away with study packs and other voluminous textbooks, you need to study to pass not for research.

3. Get the 30 Days ICAN Success Blueprint that will assist you to finish a complete course in 30 days.


4. Get ICAN Video lectures, there is no need for physical class….. No time ooo.

5. Be active in the Telegram class, ask questions and NEVER miss a class.

6. Solve most of the past questions in the member areas.

Sometimes the pressure of exams may cause stress.
Stress is actually your response to pressure and,
while a small amount of pressure can be useful to keep you focused during exam time,
