The Picture of the Houses in your GEJ image are of Northern Foreshore Estate, a private Estate in lekki lagos. It shows most of your pictures depicting Jonathan's achievements are all Lies.

LIES

notobs:
smiley#‎NIGERIANS‬, YOU can now have your OWN HOME under PRESIDENT GOODLUCK JONATHAN!

With his transformation agenda AT WORK, houses have become WIDELY available AND affordable for the AVERAGE ‪#‎NIGERIAN‬!

NOW with President Jonathan’s MASS HOUSING SCHEME, over 43,000 housing units have been added to the NATIONAL STOCK!

Over 700 housing units have BEEN ADDED under the Prototype Housing Scheme and 7,869 housing units under Public-Private Partnerships! 3,302 housing units have been ADDED through FHA, over 5,007 housing units through mortgages created by the FMBN and 17,240 housing units through estate development loans provided through FMBN!

PRESIDENT GOODLUCK JONATHAN has also established the Nigerian Mortgage Refinance Company to promote home ownership by HELPING TO INCREASE the AVAILABILITY and AFFORDABILITY of mortgage loans in ‪#‎NIGERIA‬!

Under this scheme, over 10,000 eligible Nigerians will be AWARDED MORTGAGES worth between N2 million to N20 million at low interest rate! It is being implemented in partnership with over 22 state governments and the Central Bank of Nigeria. It is also backed by development partners including the World Bank, and the African Development Bank!

NO ONE can claim that OUR PRESIDENT is not working! He has achieved milestones as the leader of this nation!

WE ARE FORTUNATE TO HAVE HIM AS OUR PRESIDENT AND WILL KEEP HIM IN ASO!

STEP BACK APC, THERE IS NO VACANCY IN ASO UNTIL 2019!

Ahba, did the government make provision for Nigerian undergraduates to learn the use of a computer? NO, but the same government assumes that these graduates can comfortably use computers.

Even if they can use computers, they obviously have never used the data capture program, they would require some training.
PoliticsWhat’s God Got To Do With It? by steadymind(op): 8:45pm On Jan 04, 2011
What’s God got to do with it?

It’s 2011, a year of great importance to Nigerians because of the impending elections and great fear because the future of the nation hangs in balance.

On the 31st day of December 2010, millions of Nigerians trouped to various places of worship to pray to God for many things and especially for Him to give them a good year in 2011. God will do it.

The subject of Nigeria’s seemingly disproportionate input of more religion and output of more corruption, disarray and mayhem has been written about by various columnists, yet the reality hasn’t sunk in yet.

Nigeria remains one of the largest black populations with the most churches, mosques and herbal homes. We believe in God but it seems we keep disappointing Him every day because we expect Him to come down and think for us. We expect Him to leave his heavenly throne and tar our roads for us, to build schools for us and give us good hospitals. He even needs to come down and build us a standard international airport with working escalators, clean toilets and no power outages.

Talking about power outages, the God Nigeria believes in is a God of Light, yet we wallow in darkness, sit there and believe God will do it. Well, God lives in a perpetual environment of light, which means he has nothing to gain if we do solve our power problems. Therefore, we can keep praying and nothing will happen until we wake up and do the right thing.

Don’t get me wrong, it is good to believe in the efficacy of prayer but ‘Faith without works is dead’. However, God has nothing to do with Nigeria’s downward spiral.

We give thieving politicians and Bank chiefs the front row in our churches, allow them to be key note speakers in our mosques, give them chieftaincy titles and look the other way when they use our pulpits for their political marketing campaigns.

Endless vigils, masses, national prayer days yet corruption still rules the day, there even seems to be no respect for God as politicians with unclean hands march with their entourage to demand and receive prayers from Imams and Pastors, worse still, they are obliged!

We can go on and on about how the veil of religion has actually made us more backward instead of helping us move forward. This has happened because we have refused to put things in perspective.

Although in the midst of so many religious bodies and organizations, Nigeria has a false semblance of religion, just like the good book says, having an appearance of holiness and denying the power thereof. We are so religious, yet so poor, corrupt and about to self destruct.

In 2011, let our faith work for us, let us act accordingly and see things not in the cloud of religion. Let us adopt a more realistic outlook to things and understand that things are not the way we want them to be not because God doesn’t answer prayers, but because we have chosen to ignore reality and hide like cowards and helpless people under the canopy of religion.

PoliticsRe: Nigeria At 50: Is It Worth Celebrating? by steadymind(m): 9:42am On Sep 25, 2010
@labiyemmy:
It is amazing how we as a people wish evil and calamity upon our country - albeit on ourselves. Some pray for war, some pray for dis integration, some pray for complete wipe out of the country Nigeria, but some are wiser.

So, we are 50 now, what do you wish for our country, the only country we have (except you have dual citizenship, in which case you can wish her all negative things).

For me, I love Naija so much - my prayer daily is for things to get better - for the people to do what they can to make the country even greater.

SO - POP THE CHAMPAGNE.
I believe Nigeria's major problem is "Prayer". we siddon look, take no action, pray and hope for the best.
We hire a mediocre Coach for Tired Super Eagles and Pray they do well at the world Cup.
Pray Nepa Gets better
Pray Hitech finish the lekki Epe expressway soon and pray the toll burden is not too much
Pray we are able to dodge every pothole between lagos and Ibadan
Pray We get the best leaders that wont steal money. we dont care if its jonathan or any other joker

We need to stop praying and take action!.
CareerLove And Work- Office Romance by steadymind(op): 9:25am On Sep 25, 2010
LOVE AND WORK- OFFICE ROMANCE

We are all human beings with feelings even if we are known to be as cold as ice during board meetings or we are known to have nerves of steel. Office romance is common place and crushes and flings are more likely to happen with colleagues than any one on the outside since we spend most of our time in the office.

The truth is that we are more likely to build friendships and relationships in the work place, since we have left no room for social activities outside the workplace. More and More organizations are offering team bonding and social activities which are all still built around work. Face it if you are confronted with the same cute face and lovely personality in the work place day in day out, you are more likely to develop a romantic relationship. Plus, you didn’t even have to leave your desk to chase her! For the women, well dressed suited up men, with a clean shaven look who look as if they are in control of their destiny show them a sense of stability and responsibility (An insight into how many women think).

However, although office romance might be inevitable, it may do you more harm than good.
The cardinal rule of office romance is: BE DISCREET at all times. Now, unless you are quite sure the wedding bells are definitely ringing it might be in your best interest to keep a low profile.
People have lost their jobs because of unprofessional behavior such as open displays of affection which obviously leads to office gossip, being discreet means of course no kissing or ass grabbing hugs at work and definitely no making out in the board room when you think everyone is gone (The security and the cameras see all).

Both parties need to decide on some rules about how to go about their day to day life as normally as possible. Office romance is not entirely a comfortable situation because you are governed by the rules of the organization and worse still if your organization frowns at it.
Office romance can be fun if certain rules are adhered to, be careful what you say to people and avoid talking about him, it’s also not advisable to date your subordinate or boss. That is highly unprofessional and hazardous to your career growth.

Being bold is not related to being foolish, most successful people i know seem to be able to do anything, but if you look closer, youll find that most of their risks are calculated, theyll never do anything that will ensure their doom.

If someone bungee jumps, he has researched about it and knows its unlikely that hell lose his life.

hiding in a compartment where oxygen levels will plumet, temperatures get to -40c, pressures reduce to unbearable amounts is certain death.

if youre going to try something like that, you need to find out what your chances of survival are!

Tech JobsRe: I Need a Developer For An Estate Management Portal by steadymind(op): 2:50pm On May 18, 2010
Answering most of the questions above. The application should be web based,

It would serve an estate with over 500 housing units, the estate residents will no longer need to visit an estate office, the portal will enable them purchase electricity and water tokens, Pay service charge and Lodge complaints,

The portal will also be able to handle documentation of houses and empty plots(sales ownership, approvals etc)

Please don't display your contact here asking me to contact you, instead send me an email containing your profile. (Here I need you to mention a similar application you have developed, Ok maybe not similar but an application not pretty html sites).

Again send email to admin@getnaijajobs.com

Don't mean to Dis any religion. I've actually heard this story before and the bible was the book in that story.

Now, wouldn't it have been more truthfull and straightforward if the Granpops had given the guy some soap and asked him to go to the river and wash the basket inside out.

that is not an excuse the engine will not remain the same and when you bought it 2yrs ago.the chasis, shocks, and other parts of the body will not be the same there must be a huge changes henceforth, you cannot expect to sell such car for 480k.
Not really,
Firstly, i did not buy the car for 480k, way beyond that.
Secondly, assuming i had thoroughly used the car, done about 100,000 km with it, needing body work, no AC, with faulty steering.Bad shocks, no deck and 1,000 other things, then it would be worth N300,000

but, i believe, because i sparsely used it and that didnt stop me from spending good money on it to keep it in top shape, i cant sell it for less than N480,000. id rather leave it as my second car.

480 for a 2yrs used halla well,i wish you a happy sale i cannot pay more than 300k
There are 4 categories of used cars,
Delicately used, Fairly used, thoroughly used and Badly used.grin

Thos one was delicately used.
In the 2yrs I used it, it only covered 12000 km.  This was possible because I live where I work.
This is the same mileage it would have covered in 3months if I lived in Magodo and worked in VI.
There is no noticeable scratch on the car, complete auto foldable mirrors, no windscreen cracks.

Its in perfect condition
