Autos › Re: 2010 Kia Models! by steamslide(m): 6:40pm On Oct 24, 2010
Buying a car really depends a whole lot on the budget of the buyer and how far he's willing to stretch it.

In the case of the cerato and Optima, these are two very different models, whilst the cerato is a 1.6L engine, the Optima is a 2.0L,  i cant say which is better or advise customers on what they should go for, but ill tell you that the Kia Optima is a bigger model, with more features than the cerato, and the price difference between the two is about 550,000naira. So it depends on what you want in a car, The optima auto has full leather seats, whilst the cerato comes in fabric, both vehicles come with CD players and ipod docks, only that the Optima has a 6cd loader, both cars have audio controls on the steering, airbags, keyless entry, power windows e.t.c, It really depends on what's most important to you in a car and how much you're willing to cough out.

About the transmission, both the cerato manuals and the optima manuasl do not come ordered with alloy rims, with the manuals you get plastic wheel covers, also both manuals come with only driver airbags.

Hope this answers your question.

Indie,

you have not answered my first question - How much is the kia optima 2010? MT  and AT

Are you saying that the manual for optima and Cerato only have airbags for the driver? Not even for the non-driver front seat?

Business › Re: What Business Can I Start With 4,000 Naira? by steamslide(m):
One thing you could start is Home instructing. Since you are a computer operator, design a simple flyer telling people that you can teach them computer usage in their homes and offices!

Edit the flyers to have 4-6 slots in one A-4 paper (make it a little bigger than a complimentary card).

Go to the nearest campos and make cheap photocopies (usually not moere than N3/page on campuses).

Then cut and distribute to offices, and in your church (or mosque). Each page should give you 4-6 advert boxes!

Another is an online business. But you should look for the one you can start without buying any "kit " or "e-package" from any internet "vulture" that claims that online business will bring you millions in a few weeks.

In its true form its easy to start; only need money to browse in cafe.

There are sites that pay you to write articles and reports. some pay you to write up dissertations etc.
Just hit google and you will get a lot.

Romance › Re: How Do You Get Rid Of Someone Who Doesnt Love You by steamslide(m): 11:22am On Jun 01, 2008
This is a delicate process. I am assumming that you have already concluded that the relationship should end.

I got this interesting piece from the Benin based dating site: www.showtimenigeria.com

Breaking up from a loving relationship is never easy for anyone. It can not only break your confidence, make you feel miserable and shatter your spirits, but also make it hard for you to trust anyone in future.

. Managing heartbreaks is one of the most difficult things to do and it becomes almost impossible if it is your first love.

You have to accept the fact that a relation started has to end someday in case you are not thinking of a long-term commitment. Even then, sometimes a marriage can go horribly wrong and leave couples in a very bitter state in life.

How to Break Off Without Hurting
Rejection always hurts. No matter how much you sugar coat the truth, it always upsets the two souls who used to be in love. It is definitely better to end relationships amicably instead of fretting and fuming and making it even more difficult to go apart. If you are where you think your relation is not going the right way and you are thinking how to break off without hurting, you have come to the right place. Read on tips for breaking off without hurting yourself and the other person.
• Make it Personal - NEVER break the news through a phone call, e-mail, or text message. It becomes even more rude and very impersonal and tells the other person that you don’t really care. Sit and talk to each other face-to-face and sort things out amicably.
• Be Honest - Being sincere and open about your feelings and talking about why you feel it is not going to work out is the best way to end a relation. Instead of going back in time and arguing what went wrong with the other person, it better you say what you feel. Don’t hide your feelings and be honest about why you are feeling uncomfortable in the relationship.
• Specify Reasons - Give a strong reason to support your break up. It is not wise to keep the other person wondering as to what went wrong. No one wants to think that they were just used as a time pass. Remember, what goes around, comes back. Someday you could be in the same position.
• Control your Temper - This applies not only to the person who is giving the news of break up, but also the person at the receiving end. There is no need to get worked up and get angry at each other. Calling names and screaming does not help, it only makes things worse. It is okay to get upset and cry if you are feeling miserable. But creating a scene and making a further mess of a delicate situation does not help.
