Hello, I need a bit of advice please. I got my Nigerian Visa in october, but was sick and unable to travel on the date i gave i would travel. It's a month and three weeks since the visa was issued, I was wondering if i can still use the visa for travelling to Nigeria next month. When i used to get my visa in Nigeria visa in Germany in the visa page, they usually write ''valid for presentation at nigeria port within ..... months of issue if passport remains valid'' I got this Visa in Nigeria Embassy in London and nothing was written in the presentation section. I have rang them multiple times for advice, they never pick up their calls. emails never answered. Can someone please help. Thanks. |

apply again but this time include your personal bank statements and the bank statement should show your company payments, also don't forget to include anything that will show you intend to return back to naija. Good Luck |

1. As long as one of the child parent is british the child will be issue a british passport regardless of the child other parent status. 2. Your lawyer is right, you can't apply for Leave to remain in the uk when you don't have any status. 3. At of the moment there is risk of getting married in the uk without being pick up, although people do apply for COA from the homeoffice to get married, but they still have to go home to apply. 4. Living together is not very strong as marriage, the moment you are married your overstay won't matter as long as you meet the other immigration reguirements. 5. The sooner you start the better. good luck |

It depend how you got your eu residence, 1. If it is by marriage to an european union national not uk, you don't need a visa coming to the uk, only thing is, your husband/wife must be travelling with you and don't forget to take your marriage certificate 2. If it is not by marriage , wait till you have your indefinite , only then you can relocate to the uk with your indefinite resident permit from a country in the eu states. 3. If can proof you have a steady job and income, uk embassy in the european union won't be a problem. Hope this helps. |
