Stop wasting money take it a good workshop,where they can do proper diagnosis not someone who will diagnose that can not repair it, I where they have latest scan tool and capable engineer. Or call 08038042709

I know more about Rx300.what i will surgest you do first is to ran a scan then get back to us.

I think you need to scan that vehicla first and post the fault code,

P0722 is refering to output shaft sensor(no signal)
solution -locate output shaft
2-check the wire if is not broken
3-check if the conetor is conected
4-change the sensor and rescan.

Take your car to a good garage where they have equipment to set back your engine timing propely then tell them to scan the car and run data stream on it and share it we can help or call 08023284076 or 08038042709

What you will need to do is to buy diagnosis tool from someone who can put you thro even after buying,someone who has mechanical and electrical experience or call 08038042709

Always go to a place where they can scan and do comprehensive cheking, diagnosis and after all they should be able to give extimated bill which will make you plan on what to do first or choose important one .

Well since your car evectuelly take a new coil ,it means your spark plugs are still good.But for any one who did not know once you notice vsc and check or vsc and ABS it mean something is going wrong just pick up your scanner and ran a scan or you dont have get qualify technician i mean qualify technitian to scan and interpret and repair dont let them block this light they are important.

Open the hood,face the car then start counting the cylinder from your left to your right hand side,since is a 4 cylinder the last cylinder to your right will be cylinder 4 let me know if i have help.

Try scan,but you can also use scan tool to re learn the idle control

Pls carry out cooling test, and test your thermostat if is still good,if is bad change it.
