APL collection and documentation usually take a month before camping...
Each of d cadre is allocated a week to take their APLs and equally do their documentations..

If camp is to be open by July then APL must have been on circulation now. This will give us at least 2 weeks to prepare and do documentation before proceeding to camp, probably induction before camping
