I am a writer

Pls can someone give me a candid advice
Am a graduate of statistics and I got a job last year as an auditor in a fast food company. After working for 2 months. I was made an outlet manager by the GMD. Pls it's upto 5 months now and no increment for my new post. Promotion comes with increment. But almost all my writing to the management to consider my salary is to all avail. Even some junior staff that I manage recieve more than me their manager and I thinks it's an insult to me. I think this is slavery and I can't bear it any coupled that the company is in ikoyi lagos. Where everytin is expensive and there are no benefits attached to the job

I know she loves me so much and will go to any extend to make sure I don't talk to any other girl in the office.
Though she was very nice to me at first wen I started the job newly. Helping with much tins I don't know till I am now able to be on my own but she now want me to date her in appreciation of how much she helped me even though I told her on a certain day about my gf.
The worst is that we share same entrance to our offices and she has this killer curves that can make a man salute every min.
Now she is trying to turn my office to hers and fellow staffs wunt stop knocking just to. To distract any conversation goin on
Pls how to I move her a Lil far from me without hurting her so she doesn't start planing any evil tin to implicate me.

Pls fellow niaralanders, a lady cashier was recently redeployed to the outlet I manage (fast food comp). She is a nice and beautiful. Lady but lacks more knowledge of the job which am trying my possible best to put her through.

Out of her 3 colleagues, she has been the nicest in terms of caring and being honest. She is in her early 20 and I in middle 20 but a graduate while she is a waec. Holder.

Honestly, I do like. This girl but am pretending because of the nature of the job and my role as her manager.
I always get upset when customer try to woo her but in the other way am happy because of the. Increasing number of customers that come because of her.
Now, it looks as if she is goin out with my lobby boy even when he has noticed that. I have feeling for her.
Am just feeling so disappointed with my self now.
Will punishing her for her wrong doin make those feelings leave me or..........

Please can someone advice me on what to do in order not to sell my respect.
