The difference is just that the average Northerner is not afraid to die or afraid of his political leaders and hold them accountable. Their leaders know this and try to avoid backlash by trying to perform and do standard projects. It is not borne out of love for their populace

Whats stopping 2/3 ND states from investing together with some other private sector player(s) to build a refinery?? Even if its just a modular refinery.

Not just very very possible but that's the actual plan...no single crude oil in the north.

Their plan is to create large oil reservoir and pump oil from South to it then later claim, oil has been found in the north.

Please don't bring back the memories. I hated the saturday inspection, manual labour, 11/11, bad food, maltreatment etc my life was literally ruled by bells.
