No. That is for ex militants sponsored abroad under the amnesty scheme. Some rivers state indigenes sponsored abroad by rotimi amaechi are also facing finance problems. These have nothing to do with nddc scholarship. nddc was created by law and its budget approved by the national assembly. its programs cant be stopped arbitrarily by FG. i expect nddc to call sucessful scholars by july.
