Strongbest: HOME MADE CONDENSED MILK

1. Powder milk--------4 tin milk cup

2. Butter----------------1 tea spoon (very full)

3. Sugar-----------------1/2 tin milk cup or one(depends on your likeness for sugar, so you can add more or reduce).

4. Water (boiled water)----1 tin milk cup

5.Flavour----------to taste (optional)

PROCEDURE

1. Heat the water (allow to boil)

2. Turn the boiled water into the mixing container of your choice

3. Add the butter and sugar subsequently and start stirring to blend together

4. Add the milk, one cup at a time and stir properly to blend before adding the next cup of milk, till the last cup of milk is added.

5. Add the flavour (if available or desired)

TIPS
When you add the butter and suger to the boiled water, it might not blend completely together as you stir at first, don't worry about it, just proceed to adding your milk.

When you add the first cup of milk, you may not have a very smooth mixture at the beginning but just make sure you stir after the addition of each cup of milk till the last one is added. After adding the last cup of milk continue to stir till you have a very thick and smooth paste.

If you feel it's too thick, you can add a little boiled water.

Now, enjoy your condensed milk! There are a lot of things you can do or enjoy with your condensed milk: adding it directly to your bread, to your tea etc.

NOTE: if you have a blender at home, then the mixing step becomes very easy and simple. Just pour the boiled water, butter and sugar on the blender, blend together, add 1 cup of the milk at a time and turn on the blender to blend after each addition of the cup of milk. That's all!

Thanks.
Any need for preservative? If yes which do you recommend pls
PoliticsLeadership In Nigeria by steve10(op): 4:09pm On Jul 18, 2014
Nigeria Needs a leader that have a great courage, a leader with an unselfish desire.
A leader that is not a trader, a leader
That is not a dealer ,a leader who is neither a religious or an ethnic bigot.
A leader with a burning desire for a positive change, a leader that pictures muslims, christians, hausas yorubas, ibos and any other tribes as ONE NIGERIANS
Unfortunately since inception we never had such leader but if you or any one says we do, what then is the problem of nigeria? God bless the leadership , God bless the federal republic of Nigeria.
SportsTalent Doesn’t Win Championships; Teams Do by steve10(op): 3:38pm On Jul 16, 2014
What do Peyton Manning, LeBron
James, and Lionel Messi have in
common?
Second-place finishes. Manning’s
Broncos were crushed 43-8 in the
Super Bowl, the San Antonio Spurs
handily defeated Lebron James and the
Miami Heat in the NBA Finals, and
Argentina, led by Messi, lost 1-0 to
Germany in the World Cup Final.
Each athlete is also arguably the best
player on the planet at his sport.
Manning won the NFL MVP award last
year. James has won four of the past
six MVP trophies given by the NBA.
From 2009 to 2012 Lionel Messi was
voted the top soccer player in the
world, and FIFA named him as the best
performer of the 2014 World Cup.
But talent doesn’t win championships;
teams do. They are superior to
individual ability for a number of
reasons, many of which are brought to
light in the excellent book Jesus on
Leadership by C. Gene Wilkes and
Calvin Miller.
1) Teams simply bring more to the
table in terms of resources, effort,
and energy . Teams can draw on a rich
diversity of background experiences,
providing a wealth of knowledge
greater than the intelligence of any
single person.
2) Teams highlight a leader’s
abilities and hide her flaws. Working
alone, a leader’s weaknesses are
exposed and her strengths cannot
reach full expression. Stephen Covey
observes, “People and organizations
don’t grow much without delegation
and completed staff work, because
they are confined to the capacities of
the boss and reflect both [the leader’s]
personal strengths and weaknesses.”
3) Teams instill the value of
humility. In order to accomplish
anything of significance, we’re required
to work with others. By taking part in a
team effort, we learn how insufficient
our own talents are to accomplish a
vision. The truth is that we’re not going
to be successful unless a lot of other
people help us along the way.
4) Teams provide rewarding
relationships. The togetherness of a
team fosters authentic community.
Victories are far more rewarding when
they can be celebrated with people
whose company we enjoy.
Thought to Consider
Developing your talents and pursuing
personal growth can help you upgrade
your abilities. However, focusing on
your self-improvement, in isolation from
others, won’t take you to the top. If you
routinely place yourself first, then you’ll
seldom finish in first-place. Regardless
of your talent, you need to partner with
others to win championships. How can
you learn to be a better teammate—
rather than simply a more talented
performer?

SportsHajvalia Offers Luis Suarez £1,200 Per Week To Play During Four-month Ban by steve10(op): 3:41pm On Jun 30, 2014
Luis Suarez has been offered an escape
from his 4-month ban from all-football
after Kosovan Superleague club
Hajvalia expressed their desire to loan
out the trouble striker while he
completes his ban, according to a
report published by Telegraph.
"Suarez can't play in the next four
months," club director Xhavit Pacolli
told Kosovo's daily, Sport Plus. "As we
are not part of Fifa yet, I think he can
play in Kosovo, so we have an offer that
we will send to Liverpool.”
He was served with a ban from all
football activities for a period of four
months
he was found guilty of biting Italian
defender Giorgio Chiellini in their final
Group D match in Natal.
Since Kosavo are yet to be registered
as a full member of FIFA, they stay
unaffected from any of the bans
imposed by the governing body
allowing them to sign the Liverpool
striker. He will be offered £1,200 on a
weekly basis, and Liverpool will be paid
£25,000 as a loan fee.
"This is the maximum we can offer. We
offered £25,000 and a salary of £1200
for each month," Pacolli added. "This
might sound ridiculous to him, but that
is all we can do.If he is willing to come
and play for us, he is welcome. As we
are not part of FIFA, it would be ideal
for him."
