u need 2 do a feasibility study n d area u r targeting n putting power factor in place.
if u r starting on a low scale, u can get a deep freezer say about 200-400ltr btn 120-200k,
d frozen items such as chicken,turkey lap,wing,gizzard n fish may cost u about 50k 2 start with n
ur stand by generator i.e 2.5kva-4.5kva which may cost u btn 70-150k.
