There are over 100 Senators and Ekweremadu has never even been a Senate President and therefore has never been in a position to determine how monies belonging to the Senate are appropriated.

So if while some other Senators were busy womanising, pepper souping and goat heading with their allowances, Ekweremadu was busy making sacrifices and investing his own on properties, how is that an offence?
