Our house model Baan Praisawan is a beautifully Thailand inspired with very high standard. Comfortable and big. Mordern architecture with many posibilitys.

Welcome in to the big living room. Here is space to be together. Entrance direct out to the big terrace. Standard kitchen and sanitary included. There is also two alternative design for tree and four rooms.

Baan Amarin

4 rooms about 140 sqm + terraces

Baan Amarin is our spacious and exclusive two floor house with terraces. This is a house for the connoisseur with serviceable demands.

Balcony and roof terrace on upper floor and terrace in ground floor, possible for extension. Fair sized windowpanes and open design and entrance directly to the terrace.

Our basic model has two bedrooms on top floor, drawing room and roof terrace. Ground floor with big living room and dining area. There is also alternative design for three and four bedrooms.

Sky Garden

Location: Sentosa Island, Singapore
Project area: 852 sqm
Project year: 2010

This house is located on a new housing estate on the island of Sentosa adjacent to Singapore. The plots are not large and neighbouring buildings are built close to the sides of each house.

Thus our strategy was to build a solid wall to each side neighbor to provide privacy where possible, while creating a central light and stair well which would funnel the sea breeze through the centre of the building. The front and rear of the building meanwhile, terrace back allowing each story to have visual or actual access to greenery.

The intention was to try to allow each roof garden provided a base for the story above allowing the layered effect to make each story feel like it was a single storey dwelling sitting in a garden.as much as we could do in the close confines of Sentosa island and with such a large building!!

I think with modification, most of this designs can be replicated. Its going to cost a bit more than the usual, but they are achievable. The most important is having the vision to go beyond the usual and believing.

Contemporary modern

With three levels and walls of windows throughout, this strikingly modern design by Visbeen Associates makes the most of the view. A contemporary-inspired floor plan revolves round a central living room with a dining, sitting and kitchen area to the left and study/office to the right. The second level is anchored by a central loft living area flanked by a master bedroom with its own private deck, and two additional family rooms. The optional lower level houses a family room, exercise room and two additional bedrooms. Abundant patios and decks, some private, encourage outdoor enjoyment.

This a contemporary modern design.
