I cannot use a 28days bank statement which ended today in September I cannot use it to apply lets say December 3 months later .

I need a piece of an advice please. My wife COS (H&C) came without maintenance and I just have to move fund to my account (Partner) since we are all applying together with 3 dependants. We have to wait for 28 days before we can apply for visa.
My question is, since we are applying together, can the main applicant (wife) application be done with priority service while the partner and dependants application is done with standard application.

If the main applicant has left nigeria for the uk not too long ago like a few weeks and the apllication is solely for the dependants...it will be better for the money to be in dependants account and coumt a fresh 28days ...there are some cases where some ECO deny visas on the grounds of recycling funds, especially if its the same nigerian account that was used previously by the main apllicant for his or her application

..but if you are all in nigeria and doing the apllocation together ..then the money should be in the account of the main apllicant

Hello, is there a rule against having the required funds for family work visa application in the partner's bank account. We are all applying together.

My wife just got COS for health care job and we about to apply for visa. I will like to know if it a rule to have the funds required for the family visa application process in my wife's bank account (being the primary applicant) or I can use my (the husband) bank account.
