Wtf is wrong with you? Am I writing in French? You can't develop the whole country!! You need to protect farmlands, water catchment areas, national parks, forests etc. Also, rural to urban migration is not a crime in Kenya so one can always move to the cities if they wish. Development comes natural otherwise you have something like Abuja, a monumental waste of funds.

Unfortunately, Kenya is doing 6% growth and Nigeria 1 % economic growth! Third world country went into recession 3 years ago! Crazy! Remove oil from Nigeria's economy and it`s the world`s poorest nation! Oil generates 90% of forex! Already it has the most poor people in the whole world.1% economic growth for 3% population growth means poverty rate in Nigeria is only increasing.Please don`t compare Nigeria with Kenya.Btw Kenya will start producing oil and can foresee her GDP tripling in around 5 years time.Nigeria is a disaster waiting to happen.

I wonder how comes their GDP per capita grows while their population is growing 4× faster than GDP...

And worse still, despite bieng the largest oil producer in Africa, The likes of Chevron, Shell,BP export all the crude oil then Nigeria has to import refined oil, They have one of the worst refined oil scarcity in Africa, And since they don't have enough electricity, The generators too end up running out of fuel its a perfect storm..
