I don't know in which language I need to speak in order to explain to you that military and police are not the same.
The notion of jurisdiction is nonsensical in the case of most soldiers.

The notion of jurisdiction only appears when comparing different police units. For example the military police which performs police duties in military barracks, they do not have justification over civilian settlements unless an order gives them such jurisdiction.

But in the case of ordinary soldiers, talking about jurisdiction makes zero sense. If a soldier is ordered to guard your neighbours house, he will do so.

Please tell us which language you speak since you don't fully understand English.
