1. The iPhones are mostly manufactured in India and china, and most of the iPhones which are sold in the USA are manufactured in china. So if you can buy iPhones manufactured in china wherever you are then you would have the same thing as what most American users have.
2. The person you are insulting didn't make the claim "the same version of American weapons that it uses to defend its own territory is what is manufactured elsewhere", you practically put those words in his mouth then proceeded to insult him for "saying" (🙄) your own words (which he actually never said).
3. You could have very easily talked about export versions and local versions of American weapons instead of needlessly insulting someone for something going on in your own brain, again the person whom you were insulting didn't make the claim that American weapons existed in only one version.

Russia has been only after regions of Ukraine which are russian historically but which the USSR administratively linked to some non russian lands. Also even though Kiev is historically russian, Russia wasn't interested in taking Kiev back. So what he's saying is that as from now, Russia would be aiming to take back not only Kiev but also a lot of non historically russian territory. The way things are going, Ukraine might be reduced to a strip of land within Poland at the end of this war.
