Bros! There is no part of Lagos that belongs to Benin ( the permission to set up a post in a tiny area around the Island was given by a Yoruba king). The Binis know, the Igbos know, everybody knows!

Igbos only think the only way to get back at Yorubas for keeping them in their place in Lagos is by steering up the Benin controversy every time but they will eventually see the opposite of what they plan to achieve with that; an average Yoruba is now more interested in the politics of Lagos now than ever. What they should rather plan to do is to simply come and carry Lagos through all the South Western states and plant it in other region.
