BTW, there's no word as "matured" it is mature irrespective of the tense.

Honestly Speaking I must first commend Harps for given fresh brains without or with little experience this opportunity but to the best of my knowledge, the process of selection being adopted by them has not been the best. I discovered some foul play in the exercise which give those with wide knowledge the upper hand and the best grades even 100%. Did anyone of us noticed that the test can be taken as many times as possible until u get 100%. Asked me how? From the advert; it read like this that after clicking the link sent to you in ur email, candidate will not be allowed to take the test again after logging out. How do they mean? I.e when u are done with the test and ur result has been communicated to u instantly, there are two icons on top of the page which is print & close window. without printing or closing the page u can still go back to the link from ur email by minimizing the page where the result on number of questions taken, gotten and failed were communicated and take the test again with the same questions only that the answers will be scattered and u will make correction to the first one and so on and so forth like that till u get 100%. U will also discover that after closing the window or page, another dimension is used in communicating the result. then, when u go into ur email to relaunch the page it will now be bringing the same page it brought after closing the page or window. To those who just finished without closing the window it is advisable u go though the link again because probably u might have not submitted. If submitted, it will display ur result But if not, it won't display anything but error cos it will be tantamount to not taking the test but trying to take it afresh. Those that got the trick kudos to u.

Endorse this view 100% especially the typos and a question of bus to office with 8km. Dunno if its point 8 or just 8. Anyway i solved it couldn't see the answer there.

In as much as after shave is a plus..you can still be bump free with out it..follow these steps

1 use clipper...as many have already testified on the thread, for me personally though shaving stick gives a cleanner shave the skin reaction is always terrible so stick to clipper, prefarably yours.

2 don't be a random shaver..ie have set days you shave always..I mean if you shave once a week, follow that same routine,if you shave every 3 days,shave every 3 days, if u shave on sundays always shave only on sundays...

3,If you shave yourself by all means, be the only one shaving you. My skin is sensitive so if another person shaves me even with my clippers etc ill get bumps and I believe this applies to most pEps.

4, Wash your face after shaving...

Before you start the above I suggest you allow you beards grow for like a month or 2 weeks or longer than you'll normally keep it as this will help thebumps dry themselves up by it self, so ull start on a fresh slate.
