Otilo for lecturer, HoD and any other person directly involved. The lecturer may be suspended if care is not taken. The others may be placed on half salary. The HoD is supposed to vet question papers after submission. If had done this properly, they should have spotted the mistake or anomaly on time.

Thats what happens in military rule, it is not democracy where you keep all the powers you have. When you go back to civilian rule, you get those powers back. The decree 34 you people keep talking about was about the civil service

The question is simple. If Ironsi abolished the 4 Regions Nigeria had, what Regions were Katsina, Fajuyi, Ejoor and Ojukwu governing the day Ironsi died?

Ironsi was killed alongside the Military Governor of the Western Region, Fajuyi. How was Fajuyi still Military Governor of the Western Region if Ironsi had already abolished the Regions?

On January 17th 1966, Major General Aguiyi-Ironsi assumed power and appointed four military Governors to govern each of the four Regions Nigeria was then made up of at the time. They were:

Lt Col Adekunle Fajuyi- Western Region

Lt Col David Ejoor - Midwest Region

Lt Col Chukwuemeka Ojukwu - Eastern Region

Major Usman Katsina - Nothern Region

All 4 men governed their respective Regions with Ironsi as military head of State until July 29th 1966 when Ironsi and Fajuyi were killed. Gowon would take over, and replaced the dead Fajuyi with Colonel Adebayo. The four Regions would continue until May 27th 1967 when Gowon abolished all 4 Regions, and replaced them with 12 states. This action would make Ojukwu declare the Eastern Region as the Republic of Biafra

Whenever anyone tells you that Ironsi abolished the Regions, ask them what Regions were Fajuyi, Ojukwu, Katsina and Ejoor were governing the day Ironsi died
