If it were Anambra, those out of school kids would have been taken to magic/miracle centres and written all sorts of fantastic results for them. How many Anambra graduates even know the subject matter of their fantastic certificates?

Most Anambra graduates carrying fantastic certificates everywhere have little to no idea about the content of their certificates because they got it through fraud and I feel ashamed for you and your anambra that you can justify such level of fraud.
