I think you need to go back to school and study terms like ‘in service training ’, ‘on the job training’ and more. I am an educationist. Not all profession requires basic certification to practice. I must tell you journalism is one of the most flexible profession that anyone can grow a career.

You call yourself an educationist and you have failed miserably at educating yourself not to talk of those you claim to be educating.

Terms like on the job training, in service training were originally used to describe professionals with basic qualifications but need the trained so as to acquire the requisite experience to make them better at their chosen profession. Those terms did not really apply to people who didn't have the basics in qualification. I know this because I have had to go through the system after my university education because I studied a professional course in the university.

I'm my field, your experience only counts after your basic university qualifications and you would be required to work and understudy a more experienced professional who would guide you as you climb the professional ladder.

People like you would be looking at jail terms if you think you can become a professional just because you are looking at how people do the job alone.

Late General Murtala Muhammed was a war hero who fought to keep Nigeria as one. Late Gen. Murtala Muhammed was a very brilliant and tactical military general who's war records and strategies are still being studied in defence circles till this day.
