1. Aside the fact that the first lady has no known business, where did she earn 2 billion naira that she could give out in form of grants? 2. Is it not a glaring admission of the piling economic failures of the APC that the wife of the president even has to be seen disbursing grants in the first place? And this outside the purview of established government agencies and ministries that already have grants included in their budget?
