I made a savings Sterling bank account and deposited 170k into it, few days after the account was frozen, I went to the bank and they said I deposited over the limit and I should upgrade the account, I provided my nimc but the was an extra name on the nimc that wasn't on the bvn, I was asked to do change of bvn name. That one was another problem.
Pls is there any way I can get my money out of the account or if it's possible to close it.
