Bro this version of simple server doesn't it give u problems.. Cos my stops and then at times my fb or Instagram app will just stop loading.. Have to refresh nd refresh before Dey will respond. Is that how urs is Bro

it was Apex launcher that caused it.. Because immediately the phone responded I was notified to uninstall the Apex launcher..

goto your phone settings and click on about phone then tap on build number continuously till you get the message 'you are now a developer' on your screen... The developer option is now in ur settings..

you booted into recovery mode.. to solve your problem, use your volume key to navigate to 'reboot system now' and press your power button to reboot your phone.. you probably pressed the power and volume key simultaneously while powering on your phone .. next time don't make that mistake
