Obiagelli: unfortunately i have not limks to prove there is no scarcity, in fact farmers struggle to sell their chicken even during Xmas, that was why obasanjo placed a ban on imports on frozen chicken. This new policy is simply to satisfy the WTO. The government is placing high tariffs on car imports depite the fact that we are no where near self sufficient with made in Nigeria cars. So why kill a growing market for farmers, there is fierce competition to supply major fast food chains here with chicken. We should be helping our farmer make exports not killing them
