Yes ,you should list all paid jobs in the last 10 years and provide documents/references for it. Someone said he only provided contract letters for the previous jobs and reference for his current job and his application was approved. Please note the difference with CIC here. Because they will not ask for reference for jobs you're not claiming points for if you put it in PERSONAL HISTORY. why don't you just list that period as "study" and leave out the jobs since you're not claiming points for it.

Thanks for the reply, i have one more question to ask. Regarding the ECA duplicate for the OINP application, in my express entry profile i claimed point for my spouse education. will i need to request his own ECA too and also do i need to upload the kids birth certificate? Regards

@sammyacbxyz my brother pls i just want confirm this OINP work experience with you... I have one year minimum work experience requirement.
This is my scenario, I worked for company A for eight months and company B for 1year and this is still on going different NOC. My question is that do I need to get a reference letter from company A? The reason why I am asking this question is that it states on the OINP application guide that we should provide a list all of the paid work experience in the last ten years. Remember I don't get points for the eight months job that I did with company A.

I will appreciate if the gurus in the house can advise me on this matter. I have two children with a man who i do not currently live with but have plans to marry in July.Due to the way the points are dropping, i am hoping to get an ITA in a few weeks time.
This is my question: Should i claim to be single and then update my status with IRCC after the wedding? (bearing in mind im single until legally married in July). Also, would this affect my points in any way?

Hello All,
I am new to this forum and about to enter the pool. My question is regarding the work experience, my university degree has no relevance to my work experience. (Studied Social Work but working as Data Administrator) Have been working as a data administrator after graduating and just got a new job three months ago that is related to what i studied in university. So my question is do I need to have work experience that is relevant to my degree to apply for the federal skilled worker?
