Love Machine: The police is trying to display ineptitude by saying hoodlums with take over the protest. Why is there police in the first place? I tire ooo They should be the ones putting all hands in deck to make sure it isn't hijacked by hoodlums but they know they are incompetent and unfit and the only way to hide it is by stopping/preventing the protest. They are even the hoodlums robbing some areas sef. Thunder fire them! |

Police are all mad. How would you be denying someone the right to protest in a democratic country? They should be planning on how to try and make the protest safe and non-violent they are planning on making a fool of themselves by trying to stop the protest entirely. They should be careful lest the people rise against the government and they stain our streets with blood. On the other hand,I pity 2baba if this protest is hijacked by hoodlums. But since police don vex me by displaying sheer stupidity, #Istandwith2baba now |

Politics › If You Were President,to Which Sector Would You Put In More Efforts? by SubtleFRED(op): 9:05pm On Feb 01, 2017 |
The nation have recently been faced with recent news of celebrities coming together to organise a nationwide protest against the hardship the masses are suffering. An interview with each Nigerian would see each complaining of different sectors of the economy where they feel more efforts should be put in by the government in order to increase productivity of the people and reduce poverty. I want Nairalanders to come in and state sectors of the country's economy they feel the government should focus more on and also state a reason backing their claim. We also shouldn't forget that our voices on Nairaland counts and would continue to count in the country as it could help create awareness for the government to know the sector(s) important to the citizens. Lemme start: If I were to be the president of the country,I would give more preference to the electricity sector to improve productivity cos most citizens use electricity as a unit of production and tend to spend more in running generators which in turn reflects on their income but just to make up for losses, they hike prices up in turn making life harder. Let us start rolling cc: Lalasticala, Mynd44 |

intrepid: I noticed that also. Only about 2 of them aren't Westerners.
They never learn. From pre-independence alignment of West with North and eventual dribbling of them by the North, even up to 2015, they haven't learned.
Ojukwu and Awo had an agreement about Nigeria when the former released him from prison but, what happened?
The north used him against Ojukwu but later dribbled Awolowo, they used Abiola to dribble him again later and finally, they dribbled Abiola himself in 1993.
Now, they have dribbled Tinubu again.
I hope, you guys will learn. The highlighted part is the most important. |

Business › Re: Eleven Reasons You Are Not A Millionaire Yet! by SubtleFRED(m): 1:42pm On Oct 09, 2016 |
odeh1: Many people out there desperately want to be millionaires, and why wouldn’t they? While money may not buy happiness it can buy a better, less stressful and more fulfilled life. However, before you can be a millionaire you need to have the right strategy and know the reasons why you haven’t met this goal already. Everybody who wants to be millionaire but isn’t has excuses. “I didn’t pick the right career,” “I can’t afford the schooling,” or “I don’t have time.” These are not reasons, but just excuses and excuses only get in the way of your success. Here are 10 reasons why people do not become millionaires. 1. You have no one guiding you in the right direction. You need to surround yourself with positive people. Most importantly, you need to find someone you can trust that will help guide you in the right direction. The people you trust most should be the ones pushing you towards success. This is one advantage I did not have early on. I am entirely self-taught, which is why I have created my mentoring program to give that advantage to others. 2. You aren’t willing to make sacrifices. You really cannot have your cake and eat it too, there are things that you will need to give up. If you can’t sacrifice things like hanging with friends or going out and partying in order to focus on your career, then you will never get the financial success you have been looking for. 3. You fear failure. You will fail, you will make mistakes, and you need to learn to get over it. If you fear failure, you will never overcome it. 4. Your goals aren’t clear, so neither are your actions. If you don’t have a clear goal in mind and clear action steps in place to reach that goal, you will never become a millionaire. Take the time to do the planning and do it right. 5. You think other people can succeed but not you. Believe that you can succeed. Visualize yourself as that successful man or woman who you once envied. If you visualize yourself being a millionaire success, and truly believe it can happen, you are one step closer to your goal. 6. You think your background or location prevents your success. Nothing can prevent you from success. Lets repeat that: nothing can prevent you from success. 7. You aren’t using the Internet. The Internet has changed the world and it continues to change the world. If you aren’t using, you aren’t taking advantage of one of the most powerful money making tools out there. 8. You rationalize money can’t buy happiness and forget that it can buy freedom. Money is your ticket to the freedom so many people want in this world. Freedom can lead to happiness. To find your motivation focus on the freedom that money can buy you. 9. You hang out with the wrong crowd. The people around you should be your support system. They should be the people there for you, pushing you and keeping you positive and focused. Your crowd of friends and family should not be distractions or negative in any way. If they are, it is time to find a new crowd. 10. You play long shots like the lotto instead of building your skill set. Building your own skill set and knowledge base is better for you in the long term. Sure, it takes more time and more work but it can lead you to the long-term success that you desire. Keep these reasons in mind when you are working towards your next professional goal. You will see first hand what you are capable of if you just put these reasons off to the side and focus instead on your path towards becoming a millionaire. 11. You are ignorant of the laws of money and how money works Most of the time the difference between the rich and the poor is the fact that the rich know and apply the laws of money while the poor just sit and dream about been rich without having the right knowledge of how money works. To be successful with money, you must understand how it works and its laws. Your becoming a millionaire depends largely on what you know. sundayadelajablog.com/eleven-reasons-not-millionaire-yet/ Paragraphing has not killed anybody the last time I checked |

This is why i hardly help people with deformities on the road cos i don't know who is projecting and using them to make money. They lie to the parents of these sick kids that they'd help them afford an operation but use them to beg for years and never giving them shit.
This has been happening since but the country's hardship helps in promoting this too. |
