charlesemeka85: if he is good and valuable to the team they would hv handed him atleast an extra year. giving a younger cb a chance at his expense implies he is of less importance in the team
i dont rate players based on emotions or sentiment. balogun earns less than 20k weekly at rangers so if he is valued giving him a rise in pay just to tie him down for an extra year wont be a case
in the case of ebuehi like i stated earlier i watched almost venezia's games last season because of him and must confess without mincing words that he is ordinary. his loan is over so lets see if benfica will retain in to be part of thier squad nest season
aina is miles better than him but can't say of shehu He is 34 years,no be you dey shout that he is old and should be phased out of the team, @ the bolded you say you don't rate players based on emotions then went ahead to rate Balogun based on his salary in Scotland , If I say your ball knowledge is lacking it would look like an insult Concerning Ebuehi I wouldn’t take anything you say on players seriously because I see how you watch players and rate them based on how you like them, I also watched Ebuehi and he was on fire at the beginning of the season and on better form than Aina until the injuries came that disrupted his season and for you to compare him to Shehu is laughable |

charlesemeka85: lmao of he is too good why didn’t the management atleast give him an extra year?
He is good to you because we lack quality in the cb positions You don't even know why he left? He left because the club were trying to give a young center back more playing time, Rangers fans still consider him one of the best CBs in the club, but you will stay in Ojuelegba and say he is finished, I'm sure you don't have a reason for calling Ebuehi sh1t too |

Forget all those undue hype he gets here. This Sierra lone team go bully am die No be only you watch am for Venezia, I watched him at Venezia and even at FC Twente, na you dey watch people with bias na why you said that Balogun is finished even when Rangers fans are crying about him leaving |

mostob: can you prove this? Can Eberechi or Olise bench Iwobi? Yes as good as Iwobi has been this season Olise and Ebere Eze are more dangerous chance creators and dribblers, Ebere Eze is a better ball carrier too |

mostob: As far as chamce creation is concerned, a midfielder should have the upper hand but the stats here proved otherwise Chance creation includes crosses though, so a midfielder has to create chances through bodies while a winger just has cross into space |

Meliforme: Big chance(s) created Moses Simon 13 big chances created, played a total of 30 games, started 29 games, averaged 78 minutes per game.
Michael Olise 8 big chances created, played a total of 26 games, started 12 games, averaged 44 minutes per game.
Eberechi Eze 1 big chance created. played a total of 13 games, started 6 games, averaged 47 minutes per game..
Dribbling Chidera Ejuke 64% dribble accuracy with an average of 3 dribbles made per game.
Eberechi Eze . 61% dribble accuracy with an average of 1.1 dribbles made per game
Michael Olise . 45% dribble accuracy with an average of 1.1 dribbles made per game Why are you comparing wingers with midfielders and you have to factor the leagues they play in too, do you think it is as easy to create a big chance in the English league compared with the French league, Iwobi has more vision than Moses Simon and he didn't appear here for a reason |

Meliforme: I tell you the truth that if we get our best hands to play, those lads can't make our starting eleven. They play for good clubs in the EPL, but that doesn't make them the best. They will only add to the squad depth.
In Nigeria we celebrate names that play in big clubs, without taking good time to decipher their real quality. In what world will Olise and Eze won't make our starting eleven, no player in our squad comes close to them in terms of dribbling and chance creation |

TheLoneCitizen: Because Dessers doesn't like it. Man is technically better than Moffi, but gave that role to him.
Osimhen will run. Osimhen will not play supporting striker to anyone, he is technically deficient in that area, I hope Dessers is a world class link up player because otherwise I don't see how this formation is going to work |

drDoom3: I think it is actually a smart move.
We are world class in one area alone - CF.
Then, just overload that position and the quality of your players will pull you through.
E.g Norway plays 4-4-2 with Haaland and Sorloth who are the same type of striker. Uruguay with Cavani and Suarez. Etc.
No need to be romancing sexy wingplay like Eguavoen was doing. Just put your best players on the pitch and they will show why they are your best. How do you plan on getting the ball to the strikers then, Hoofball and hope? |

BOOOMNAIJA: What's ur take.....
It's d inclusion of d Israeli based Adebayo adeleye goalkeeper for me.
We only need three things to turn around d Super Eagles.....let adeleye take over d goalkeeping department and do away with troost ekong in that defence, then get rid of that Salisu Yusuf man from d coaching crew...shikena. 3 coaches and the nature of our call ups have not changed, it looks like jazz at this point |
