The tournament wey balogun go Wetin him play
Poor afcon and poor World Cup but you think he can still go to another World Cup at 38
Stop crying oga Saying Balogun did not perform at the world cup is exposing your ignorance, everybody was poor at the Afcon I'm sure you can't say anybody that performed at the Afcon, you know he has been our best defender over the past years that's why you had to go 3 years back to find material to slander him |

The 2 tournament balogun played with the eagles how did he perform ?
Wetin balogun play for last World Cup and afcon ,abeg tell me ,this one wey you say nobody fit bench am Balogun was our best defender in our last matches that he played you are asking about last Afcon and world cup like they were not played 3 years ago and 4 years ago, I want to know who performed at last Afcon in your opinion |

2lola: The Algeria unbeaten run and the matches play. in Algeria 35 unbeaten run they had 10 draws( 2 friendlies and 8 Qualifiers all against them ranked lower than them)
Interestedly, Algeria were 13th in Africa and 67th in the world before the unbeaten started. Now they are second in Africa and 29th in the world.
Cc: Subzero
Note: this AFCON matches have not been updated You are intentionally hiding information here during their unbeaten run they beat Tunisia, Senegal (twice), Colombia, Nigeria (twice) while their draws included teams like Tunisia and Mexico who were above them at the time of the rankings, they also dispatched minnows like Djibouti, Niger, Botswana and Mauritania with a cumulative score of 37-1 over the course of 3 years which makes it one of the best runs in the world during this period if you show me how they have not managed to be the best in Africa and how Morocco especially had a better run then I would take you seriously |

Papi85: [s]With the look of things balogun should just retire from the national team[/s] unless em go accept to Dey chop bench
Can’t wait to have osimehn and Dennis back to the team also with the inclusion of uncapped ademola lookman
Michael olise I hope he makes up his mind soon cus he will be a great addition to the team while eze should continue waiting for England. Rangers bassey should also be given a chance. He is versatile and will be a great asset to the team as cover for the LB and CB position
Also eguavoen and the nff should reach out to udinese’s udogie, he will be a good competition for zaidu and better than Collins You open your mouth just dey yap nonsense, Balogun was good when the team was shit now that he has to bring a ball playing dimension to our better team you are saying make he retire and don't mention age because defenders don't retire at 32 |

I would say I was a little bit disappointed, he was comfortable in defense but he was not very adventurous in attack well, scorecard 7/10

JohnBullMySon: Whenever you analyse football, try not to be biased. It's not everytime you keep saying that the player you love more is better without any evidence.
The gospel truth is that both Uzoho and Maduka have hardly been tested in this tournament to know who is better. Only Maduka has has had a save against Salah, but still not enough to make a judgement.
My assessment of Maduka is mostly based on club performance. Uzoho exuded more confidence in this match than Maduka in the last two matches played together if you can't see it then maybe you are the one with the bias |
