IMO Jorginho is very weak for that nonsense. What is he trying to do, win the golden boot Your striker is on the pitch and needs a goal, as a good teammate u should give the ball up. Messi will give his teammates pens because he knows what a goal does for morale. Rashford just made a post about Lukaku against PSG, when he handed him the final pen. Even Osimhen gave Ikone his pen to get him going. When u have already scored and the game is over it is proper etiquette to hand the ball over.

I don't know what Jorginho was trying to achieve taking that pen, Tammy getting a goal would be more beneficial to the team in the long run
