Why don't you rather seek for the power of Holy Spirit. The good of it is that: you don't need to learn how to become a motivational speaker, it wont be by your effort or training, you will achieve greater things.
Moses was a stammerer with no any oratory ability but when he had an encounter with the Spirit of God he became one of the greatest and most influential Jews' leaders. I think you remember Peter. He was once a coward who could not even stand by his word before a woman. They used to lock themselves inside a room as a result of fear. When the Holy Spirit came to his life, he became fearless. Cowardice disappeared, boldness came. He could stand before kings and argue with them.
Accept Jesus today and you will be given the gift of Holy Spirit to make greater exploration.
