And still yet there's this Federal ministry yard there that i doubt they have gotten approval for thus stalling the project there. You could see that they abruptly stopped constructing pliers there before the main bridge and moved on to the Marina axis to continue construction.

You can plan and do your home work but if you have an archaic Land Use Act like that of Nigeria you would understand that even building a 1km road that shouldn't take you more than 6 months would take 10years with the useless bureaucracy at the top and needless politics in play and same applies in the power sector.

Funny enough we aren't doing anything to dismantle such laws and give more automony to State Governments so they can achieve their aims.
