On 1st of January, 2016 Nollywood actress, Mercy Aigbe was a year older. Her husband hosted her and her friends at a private dinner somewhere in Lagos and her bestie, Mide Martins attended. A short video from the private dinner was posted yesterday online and while others were busy eating and having fun, Mide Martins (also married) was resting her head on Mercy Aigbe’s husband’s chest. It all started when Reekado Banks, who is under Don Jazzy's Mavin Records won The Next Rated Award for 2015. He had beat the Olamide's Lil Kesh, and even his own label mate Korede Bello, Cynthia Morgan and Kiss Daniel to win it.

A very displeased Olamide went on stage at the award and told everyone to F**k that shit! According
to him, here's what he said:
"This award belongs to Lil Kesh. Lil Kesh is our own Next Rated artist.The streets ti take over. Every f**king single was a hit back to back. From lyrically to Shoki to Efejoku. Ko ni dafun Iya anybody"
On the other hand, Don Jazzy won The lifetime Achievement Award so when he came up to accept his own award, he addressed Olamide's rant on stage and said:
"Egbon Olamide, if you want the car, come and take it."
This pained Olamide and guy went nuts and came for Don Jazzy on Twitter. He was fumming, he was cursing, he was bashing Don Jazzy!

Miss Tourism Nigeria Globe, Chinonso Opara yesterday night departed the shores of Nigeria to Malaysia where she will be representing Nigeria at the 2015 Miss Tourism World Pageant. Nearly 70 countries from around the world will be participating in the pageant.

It will be recalled that less than a month ago, Miss Tourism Nigeria 2014, Collete Nwadike became the first black girl to win the Miss Face Of The Universe in São Tomé and we brought you the photos.

We hope Chinonso can follow in her steps to become the first black girl to bring home the Miss Tourism World crown to Africa and to Nigeria. Wish her well.
