Goztino: I did C++ in my year 2 second semester but I learnt nothing. Infact, the codes were so boring and uninteresting to me. I will like to learn codes but that C++ I did then was nothing to write home about, I can't even code anything reasonable yet I got grade C in it. coding generally is boring but it takes a strong mind to keep moving. |

Larrylrkay: Good afternoon my people. I have taken my time to read from the beginning of this part 6 till here. My enrolment date is early April, please I want to know if its possible for me to learn any of the ICT aspects as explained above before next month. I may quickly go register in a computer training school here before the month end. I am an Art student with little knowledge of ICT. I also plain to learn German before the end of my masters but I want to have knowledge of ICT also as an added advantage. I want the experienced guru in the house recomend for me any one that is easy to learn and also in demend in DE. Thanks Bro, like the others guys have commented here, there are different areas of specialization in ICT...i advice u start with Web development because there are so many web development tools that would make your learning easier. You can't master any ICT skill in one month but just start learning now...dont forget that ICT skills need more of your time and the best way to start learning as a newbie is YOUTUBE. ___if you still cant learn on your own you can arrange your money and PM me. Shalom! |

Deustchemann: Bro, I think it's not too early to schedule your appointment for interview. If you already have your BA or SL or Scholarship, go ahead and book appointment. The earlier the better. You can begin to make arrangement for other things you'll need too, like accommodation Thanks for the response bro... What if after the interview, your Am drops and you are asked to choose your travel date. Would you choose some months before the winter programme begins? |

devmantic: Having a good knowledge of the German language prior to graduation is important although most international companies in Germany (e.g. Siemens, BASF, German Aerospace Centre [DLR] etc.) are more than willing to hire young foreign graduates who speak English and have limited German language skill upon graduation. On the long run, one is expected to learn German over time if he/she wants to work and live in Germany. The main challenge in landing a job after studies is skill-related. Imagine having a skill that is on-demand yet rare to find (e.g. programming with Python, C++, Java or being a specialist in MATLAB, AutoCAD, PDMS etc.), everytime you submit a CV, I can guarantee you that you will be given an opportunity for an interview in English. So my advice to those coming to study in Germany will be to focus on STEM-related courses and DO ALL YOU CAN to master a software skill (either in Nigeria or in Germany via internships or HiWis). I hope this was helpful. Thanks bro for ur response... Is it easy to get internships on software development?? |

2. Guy, did you read the checklist documents at all? where did you get the information that you need to certify your documents for visa application YOU DO NOT NEED ANY CERTIFICATIONS rather just gather your original documents plus 2 copies each and you're good to go

Hey wonderful people, what would you suggest I use as my biographical old document bcs I don't have anyone with date of birth.
Secondly, please I certified my documents with ministry of Education, do I still need to certify with the ministry of foreign affairs before applying for visa?
