That's definitely the right approach, but even with all of this it's highly unlikely she'll be issued a visa. Visits can be extended for compassionate purposes, but this needed to be applied for while she was in still in the UK. As this wasn't done, UKVI are going to treat her as an overstayer.

I really don't understand why you thought that this will fool the ECO or why you even think its a good idea.

What you have being doing for the past 3months is wrong for visa application purposes.

Inflow and outflow means nothing without good cash balance and proof of source of that money.

Did the applicant receive any mail saying the 15 days decision period would not be met? As it's peak period it may take longer to decide the application. Fact is checks are being made on the application. There's nothing to worry about but to be hopeful.

another mail
july 14th
Your UK visa application has been received by UK Visas & Immigration and will now be processed in accordance with published timelines.

and by july 26 he got this mail
Your online application has been received at the UK Decision Making Centre. Your application is currently being prepared for consideration by an Entry Clearance Officer.

pls i need someone to tell me what may be happen for he is yet to hear anything after all this mail

you don’t need any agent this agents don't know anything and all they want is the money and not considering your own credibility before the VO. And everything you will face now is on your own.
So what do you want to do now let me have full understanding of what the VO has said so as to know what we can do

Anyway you would need to wait for the ban to be lifted naturally. UK immigration Law states you would refused if you present a falsified document even if it is WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE. So even if you apply now and try to explain that it's not your fault, it wouldn't make much difference.

I felt like finding all these agents that do not know anything about Study permit and beat them up mercilessly. imagine what happen to @sundaydammy. same thing happen to a guy am presently helping. he paid 700k for visa app and got denied.
