I made two deals with Idrisab (hp 840 G3 and HP Victus 15) of which he delivered only the 840 g3 after much going back and forth.
On the 18th of March 2023, I negotiated with him for an HP Victus 15. We agreed on price and I made part payment and promised to complete the payment within few days.
Few days later, he told me the system doesn’t belong in his shop but it’s from his friend’s shop and that one has been telling him someone else is also after the same system. He forwarded another account number to me as the access number of his friend to pay to.
After payment, he told me the guy already sold it because I delayed in completing the payment.
He suggested some TLC deals to me and I pick my choice among them. Told me it would arrive within a week but it’s been more than a week now and he has completely go offline with his number switched off.

@sundayid I would gladly suggest you give him an extra time, maybe like an extra week for the pre order to arrive and also for him to be able to get out of his acclaimed current health situation, since he has come out and stated his reasons for defaulting. However if item doesn't arrive as promised, then you can go on with the request for refund

The point is Firstly, I want @sundayid to gimme some hours to confirm the present status of his PC
My proposed solution is that
If he needs a PC to manage a little pending the availability of his PC, I could arrange one for him within 48hrs
But if it's a refund he wants like he had stated
He'd surely get it, however I'd plead for grace of a little time to arrange it because presently, I'm just coming online. Won't be out discharged until Saturday but I needed to come here first!
