. You can't stop outrightly... But you can gradually reduce intake over time... Do this over a week's period for now... If you take 5 sticks per day b4 , reduce to say 3 per day and watch the improvements... Then from 3 to 1 and then quit finally... It might take months to do this but if you pray alongside and also be disciplined, you can make it... I wish you success in quiiting
