At least your blog should be from 2-5 months old. what worked for me might not work for you

How i learn html and css, i download HTML PRO 5.apk and CSS PRO.apk in my android

I also download CoffeeCup Html Editor for hp window

With the help of those android apps i mention, i was able to create a simple web theme with html 5 and css 3

If you learn html 5 b4 css, you will able to create a web theme with your android
