This man called Lamido is so slippery. He understands power dynamics and definitely has read the "48 Laws of Power" by Greene. I won't be surprised if he becomes the beautiful bride for both APC and PDP

The presidency is giving a clearly contradictory position to that of Sen. Ogunlewe.
This will leave his representatives having this high level political bargaining with the Yoruba leaders in a quandary.This issue, if not handled with tact, will make a mess of the president's hard work over the weekend.

The most interesting thing about this election lies in the potential of voting out an incumbent president thus setting the democratic base for the electorates for any subsequent governments who may not'give a damn".Nigerians have never witnessed it before

This demand isn't unexpected. In the past, the military spokesman has had to issue press releases and disclaim it later after contrary information is obtained from other non-military sources.The BBOG are simply saying" If you get fooled the first and second time, it's not your fault but if you get fooled by the third time, you are the one at fault."
The military should provide evidence of their reclaim of these localities after all this is a very pleasant news to all patriotic citizens of Nigeria regardless of your political leaning. It is not a sign that the gallant officers and soldiers in the war front are not appreciated.

This is the same Kogi state that the primary schools teachers went on strike for months yet these councilors who are the closest to the electotates felt no qualms about it, now they are threatening to"decamp" to the APC.What a lot! !!! These political leaders don't don't do the right things until their personal interest is threatened. So so sad.

The presidency should quickly condemn this call sharp sharp.

In sane climes,these are the minimum irreducible benchmarks of leadership and I am glad to know someone is imitating something good from the advanced nations. I shudder at the fact of having about 10 airplanes in the presidential fleet yet the country has no national carrier. These airplanes in the presidential fleet don't bring in money into the National purse for as long as they are all kept in the presidential fleet. It would have made more sense to reduce the number of airplanes in the presidential fleet at least even if we're not starting the National carrier yet.

Chief Fani-Kayode is not really the problem. It's the liability of the government he has to sell. He could skillfully direct the discussion to his area of strength instead of getting infuriated and inaccurate. I like this kind of live debate between opposing political opinions. If I don't know Gov. Ameachi and his travails while he was in the ruling party, I would have thought he is arrogant and over confident.
Nigerians are watching.

This is the beauty of democracy. It can accommodate different shades of opinions. There will be votes for the president even in Gen. Buhari's Daura ward on the election day.

I still marvel at how anyone in Nigeria would think a single individual can islamize or Christianize (if any such word exists in the first place).It's so embarrassing to our collective intelligence and GMB should please stop dignifying such propaganda with a response.
