PropertiesRe: Bitter Experience Living With Landlords by SUNNY45: 2:15pm On Oct 25, 2013
@ Op...There's nothing wrong with living with your Landlord/Landlady. If you are having issues, the best way is to device a means of boycotting the issues by creating practical solutions to each issues.

The place i stayed before the current one was hell as the Landlord will always ask us to contribute money to either fix the pumping machine or buy another one. At some point, i had to get a small tank and employ people to always fill it up and that was it.

EntertainmentOctober 25: Dagrin’s Real Birthday! by SUNNY45(op): 9:41am On Oct 25, 2013
On October 21, 2013, I saw different friends putting up a remembrance dp of Dagrin’s birthday and I had to spend the better part of that trying to explain to them that I knew Dagrin personally and i knew his birthday was October 25 and not October 21 as widely circulated.

Anyone who knows the Olaonipekuns or knows Dagrin’s brother Dynamite can verify this claim.

Journalism in Nigeria nowadays is about copy and paste and most importantly, going to Google to get information, forgetting that the information on Google was uploaded by someone who probably didn’t research or did upload wrong information, before you know it,

Dagrin!!! Today the 25th of October could have been your birthday, but God know why you left so early. We miss you so much!!!

Yababoy(m): Before I make my comments, let me say I don't work for a Pension related organization but I am a bit aware of Pension practices globally and at home. I don't want to categorically disagree with ur observations as to what the Pension managers are doing so I'll ask u to support ur posts wit the names of the organizations. Also, if we have issues with these coys as with other Nigeria coys deres an organization to seek redress from and it's called PENCOM. The motive behind the Pension regime we have now is beautiful and ull know this if uve ever researched on how things were before the Pension Reform Act of 2004.
I really dont get your point here, but if u mean seeking redress from PENCOM, I can assure you, it will take eternity!
EntertainmentThe War Between Coson And Radio/tv Houses by SUNNY45(op): 5:37pm On Oct 24, 2013
It is no longer news that The Copyright Society of Nigeria (COSON) recently filed N10 billion copyright infringements against DAAR Communication.
The latest is that a couple of other radio and TV houses have also been filed varying amounts for copyright infringement.
A couple of radio/TV houses have resolved to other forms of music or even stopped playing songs all in a bid to show their displeasure towards COSON’s latest onslaught
This recent development has raised more questions than answers.
1. Was it right for Radio/TV houses to have played works of artistes without paying royalties?
2. Is it true that these Radio/TV houses have abused Nigerian musicians’ rights by using Nigerian music for corporate gain at the expense of that that make the music?
3. What effect will this whole saga have on the entertainment industry?
4. What becomes the plight of up and coming artistes, can COSON guarantee their career?

For more on the saga, read here...http://dailyindependentnig.com/2013/10/we-had-no-choice-but-to-sue-daar-coson/
