RELEASING YOUR MIND POWER
OLUWASEGUN A. SUNDAY ON MIND

Your mind plays an important role in achieving every success and goal, minor, everyday goals, or major goals. With minor, day-to-day goals, you know what you want to achieve, but when it comes to major goals, it is different. You might have a vague idea, but this is not enough. To accomplish anything, and to use your mind power successfully, you have to know exactly what it is you want to do. In order to focus your mind on a goal, you need a clear and well defined goal. How do you go about that?

STEP 1. DISCOVERY WHAT YOU WANT TO ACCOMPLISH:
You have to think and find out what is it that you really want to accomplish, execute or gain. This might not be a simple step, and requires deep thinking, investigation and time.
After discovering what you really want to accomplish, you need to come up with a plan for action. Make it written and realistic. You need to know what you have to do first, and how to proceed. All of this requires planning, which means using the power of your mind.
After deciding on a goal and coming up with a plan, you need to hold in your mind a clear mental image of your goal. You need to see it accomplished. This step requires that you use your imagination, which is another power of the mind.

STEP 2. DEVELOP A CLEAR AND STRONG VISUALIZATION:
Not everyone can visualize clear mental ....

Career / Understanding Life Stages by sunnyshegz(m): 2:22pm On Mar 22, 2017
THE FOUR POWERFUL STAGES ARE;
• MIMICRY
• SELF-DISCOVERY
• COMMITMENT
• LEGACY

STAGE ONE: MIMICRY
We are born helpless. We can’t walk, can’t talk, can’t feed ourselves, can’t even do our own damn taxes. As children, the way we’re wired to learn is by watching and mimicking others. First we learn to do physical skills like walk and talk. Then we develop social skills by watching and mimicking our peers around us. Then, finally, in late childhood, we learn to adapt to our culture by observing the rules and norms around us and trying to behave in such a way that is generally considered acceptable by society.

The primary aim of stage one is to teach us how to function within society so that we can be autonomous, self-sufficient adults. The idea is that the adults in the community around us help us to reach this point through supporting our ability to make decisions and take action ourselves. But some adults and community members around us suck.
1. They punish us for our independence. They don’t support our decisions. And therefore we don’t develop autonomy. We get stuck in stage one, endlessly mimicking those around us, endlessly attempting to please all so that we might not be judged.
2. In a “normal” healthy individual, stage one will last until late adolescence and early adulthood.
3. For some people, it may last further into adulthood. A select few wake up one day at age 45 realizing they’ve never actually lived for themselves and wonder where the hell the years went.
This is stage one. The mimicry, is the constant search for approval and validation. The absence of independent thought and personal values. So, we must be aware of the standards and expectations of those around us. But we must also become strong enough to act in spite of those standards and expectations when we feel it is necessary. We must develop the ability to act by ourselves and for ourselves.

STAGE TWO: SELF-DISCOVERY
In the earlier stage, we learnt to fit in with the people and culture around us.
Stage Two is about learning what makes us different from the people and culture around us. This stage requires us to begin making decisions for ourselves, to test ourselves, and to understand ourselves and what makes us unique.
It involves a lot of trial-and-error and experimentation. We experiment with living in new places, hanging out with new people, imbibing new substances, and playing with new people’s orifices. All life is an experiment. The more experiments you make, the better.

Career / Understanding Maximization by sunnyshegz(m): 6:01pm On Mar 20, 2017
FINALLY THE ANTICIPATED ARTICLE OF THE WEEK IS OUT.
POTENTIAL: UNDERSTANDING MAXIMIZATION.
A must read article for all, you can have a taste.

Every man dies. Not every man really lives. Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive and go do it.
The dimension of maximization and accomplishment in life come only through the path of understanding your true self, which exposes your raw abilities and talents.
You carry something powerful, something extraordinary, something superficial, the some things that are in you can not be exhausted and overemphasized because you came out of a source that is always potential.
You will realize that you are not limited in your potential when you find and pursue your God-given purpose on this earth.
One interesting thing about this unexposed ability and latent power is that your potential never has a retirement plan. Do you believe this?

What do i have in my hand?" what would you say? Perhaps you would answer what seems to be the obvious, a seed. However, if you understand the nature of a seed, your answer would be fact but not truth.
The truth is i hold a forest in my hand. Why?

Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new. - Albert Einstein
The beginning of starting something, is the beginning of success.
And don't be afraid of failure, failure births success.
Mistakes birth an anchoring experience and perfection.

12 Early Morning Medications You Need.
(MIV)
Be Motivated or Miserable

Dose 1: keep your eyes on the stars, and your feet on the ground.

Dose 2: What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals.

Dose 3: The key is to keep company only with people who uplift you, whose presence calls forth your best.

Dose 4: If you don't like something, change it. If you can't change it, change your attitude. Don't complain.

Dose 5: Setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible.

Dose 6: Knowing is not enough; we must apply. Willing is not enough; we must do.

Dose 7: Determine never to be idle. No person will have occasion to complain of the want of time who never loses any. It is wonderful how much may be done if we are always doing.

Dose 8: Well done is better than well said.

Dose 9: If you start by promising what you don't even have yet, you'll lose your desire to work towards getting it.

Dose 10: If you want to conquer fear, don't sit home and think about it. Go out and get busy.

Dose 11: Go for it now. The future is promised to no one.

Dose 12: The quality of a man's life is in direct proportion to his commitment to excellence, regardless of his chosen field of endeavor.

Be Inspired and Activated.
Good morning and have a splendid week
