Thanks for all you do here 🙏🏾🙏🏾 Please I have been disturbing my agent to let me see my application status, I did my biometric mar 1st, 2024 and he Kept saying no update yet from IRCC. Eventually he agreed and send me this yesterday but immediately I saw I know it’s an edited document because it doesn’t correspond with the date of my biometric enrollment and I also noticed the biometrics number on the document he sent is different from the one that was pasted on my passport at the center on my biometric day 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️. Please help me out is this document real

Just to update on my closed work permit

Received my Ppr today!!!
Applied Sept 9
Medical passed October 24th
Ppr Dec 5th

Submitted first application April 24 was refused June 28
Reason for refusal was English proficiency test
I address this issue and included this In my new application,
Added more money in my Bank account
Included my pension account
And some shares bought at the bank
Those are the different document I included in the new application.

May all those waiting get a response too very soon 🙏

My wife got her PPR for her study permit application last week. We put in the application for study permit and SOWP together and submitted first week of September.

I ve been denied Visitors Visa before in 2022. The only update to my application so far has been "my previous biometrics being updated".

Swop takes time now but so surprise your application isn’t approved together when it was submitted together.

I know it's only been a week but can we start raising webforms.
Also. Has anyone been in a similar situation?

You just spoke the mind of the people here in diaspora. I have spent 40M on this journey. I can't go back home again so we have to keep moving. I have friends here that will start crying once it's close to end of the month cos they need to pay their rent for the new month. We eat what we see not what we like. I had to use scissors and cut my hair cos I don't have money to make my hair. I finally got a job after 4months of being here but I can't even get 20hrs in a wk. Sometimes, na 8hrs/wk.

Hello guys, I observed something about Canada applications, I noticed that if an application is to be denied, the decision will be made within the processing time and if it will be approved it will take long time and exceed the normal processing time especially SOWP and Work permit. Do anyone else noticed this trend? @bobomaigida @sunwintrav please what's your take

Good day everyone , please my SOWP application is 4months and 2 weeks now ,that’s approximately 18 weeks of ircc processing time , i did biometric and upfront medical which was submitted with my application and I haven’t received message pertaining to my application with the processing time , please what should i do ? And the one that was refused didn’t take much time like , just 3months and some days , my first application was denied , i don’t know what to do , kindly assist 🙏

Can I track a visitor visa application when I already have a previous work permit on the tracker? I am trying to check, but it is the previous work permit I see on the tracker. I cannot track a new vv application.

Can one submit a fresh visit visa or open work permit after a previous work permit was refused and is under reconsideration request. Made a reconsideration request some time ago but waiting for outcome.

So I want to know if one can make a new application while waiting for outcome of reconsideration.

You see why I don't want to talk about this admission and sowp with u and the other guy (Bobomaigida), because u guys are nairaland immigration officers and not ircc licensed immigration officers which dont just interpret laws on the peripheral....i have done my home work on the swop and na me know where shoe day pinch me.....and this will be the last time I will EVER respond to your opinion...kus it's opinion and u are entitled to it.

We are talking about admission u are talking about PAL, sebi na person way get admission go request for PAL...u think agent fit help person apply for masters...do u know the process of gaining admission for masters program U think u can apply for most masters program in universities without getting a supervisor first?? When I said I have come across masters students in universities, especially western university, u think i am talking by speculations and which i believe it might be applicable to all......like I said, anywhere I come across ur opinion, I will just waka pass....as for me CASE CLOSED....

After my refusal on the 15th of March, I was thinking of applying for reconsideration but my wife insisted we reapply immediately. So we did and we connected online throughout 16/17th midnight to reqrite the SOP and submit. It was particularly stressful for me cos I wrote IELTS on that same 16th and was really tired. Left to me I would have waited till the next week but she insisted.

Ls las we submitted early morning (Naija time) of the 17th only for the new policy to come out on the 19th.
