so you argue with your mom till neighbours come to interfere? You better sit down and think of your life because it is more frustration waiting for you on this road you are walking. Nothing good comes out of it in the end.

this would also be another disturbance and rubbish in your head too. but it is your life.

first ... leave cheap drinks alone. one of the main problems is that you have easy access to cheap drink of 2k. tell yourself that if you do not have 30k for a bottle then you will never buy or taste it. just tell yourself that you will never taste spirit if the drink is not hennessy, Jameson or St. Remy then see how your drinking will reduce 90% like magic.
2. keep a BIG BOTTLE of water around you all the time. challenge yourself to finish it. water will make you eat.
3. remind yourself that you have no money for kidney transplant.

now finally, let me show you a little trick, you can thank me later if you want.

say this out loud to yourself 100 times.
WHATEVER CONTROLS YOU CAN KILL YOU.
it will only take 5 minutes for you to say this to yourself 100 times.
if you do not complete it 100 times, that is the alcohol is still very important to you.

You have to understand that most people here are mostly sentimental than realistically analytic.

I have met a few people who genuinely hate their parents, i wish i could call names but i can't. Just to remember what the parents of such kids did to them gives me nightmares.
