Ok let us take a look at an article written by the Sanusi who beheaded someone in the past in Kano? The yoruba are the problem with NIgeria; who doesnt know that extract culled from article The Igbo people of Nigeria have made a mark in the history of this nation. They led the first successful military coup which eliminated the Military and Political leaders of other regions while letting off Igbo leaders. Nwafor Orizu, then Senate President, in consultation with President Azikiwe, subverted the constitution and handed over power to Aguiyi-Ironsi. Subsequent developments, including attempts at humiliating other peoples, led to the counter-coup and later the civil war. The Igbos themselves must acknowledge that they have a large part of the blame for shattering the unity of this country. Having said that, this nation must realise that Igbos have more than paid for their foolishness. They have been defeated in war, rendered paupers by monetary policy fiat, their properties declared abandoned and confiscated, kept out of strategic public sector appointments and deprived of public services. The rest of the country forced them to remain in Nigeria and has continued to deny them equity. The Northern Bourgeoisie and the Yoruba Bourgeoisie have conspired to keep the Igbo out of the scheme of things. In the recent transition when the Igbo solidly supported the PDP in the hope of an Ekwueme presidency, the North and South-West treated this as a Biafra agenda. Every rule set for the primaries, every gentleman´s agreement was set aside to ensure that Obasanjo, not Ekwueme emerged as the candidate. Things went as far as getting the Federal Government to hurriedly gazette a pardon. Now, with this government, the marginalisation of the Igbo is more complete than ever before. The Igbos have taken all these quietly because, they reason, they brought it upon themselves. But the nation is sitting on a time-bomb. After the First World War, the victors treated Germany with the same contempt Nigeria is treating Igbos. Two decades later, there was a Second World War, far costlier than the first. Germany was again defeated, but this time, they won a more honourable peace. Our present political leaders have no sense of History. There is a new Igbo man, who was not born in 1966 and neither knows nor cares about Nzeogwu and Ojukwu. There are Igbo men on the street who were never Biafrans. They were born Nigerians, are Nigerians, but suffer because of actions of earlier generations. They will soon decide that it is better to fight their own war, and may be find an honourable peace, than to remain in this contemptible state in perpetuity. The Northern Bourgeoisie and the Yoruba Bourgeoisie have exacted their pound of flesh from the Igbos. For one Sardauna, one Tafawa Balewa, one Akintola and one Okotie-Eboh, hundreds of thousands have died and suffered. If this issue is not addressed immediately, no conference will solve Nigeria´s problems. By Sanusi Lamido Sanusi. Imagine this? just like Awolowo The Many Crimes Of Buhari By Prof. Wole Soyinka By Expertson | Posted December 19, 2014 | Lagos, Nigeria The grounds on which General Buhari is being promoted as the alternative choice are not only shaky, but pitifully naive. History matters. Records are not kept simply to assist the weakness of memory, but to operate as guides to the future. Of course, we know that human beings change. What the claims of personality change or transformation impose on us is a rigorous inspection of the evidence, not wishful speculation or behind-the- scenes assurances. Public offence, crimes against a polity, must be answered in the public space, not in caucuses of bargaining. In Buhari, we have been offered no evidence of the sheerest prospect of change. On the contrary, all evident suggests that this is one individual who remains convinced that this is one ex-ruler that the nation cannot call to order Buhari? Need one remind anyone – was one of the generals who treated a Commission of Enquiry, the Oputa Panel, with unconcealed disdain. Like Babangida and Abdusalami, he refused to put in appearance even though complaints that were tabled against him involved a career of gross abuses of power and blatant assault on the fundamental human rights of the Nigerian citizenry. Prominent against these charges was an act that amounted to nothing less than judicial murder, the execution of a citizen under a retroactive decree. Does Decree 20 ring a bell? If not, then, perhaps the names of three youths – Lawal Ojuolape (30), Bernard Ogedengbe (29) and Bartholomew Owoh (26) do. To put it quite plainly, one of those three Ogedengbe – was executed for a crime that did not carry a capital forfeit at the time it was committed. This was an unconscionable crime, carried out in defiance of the pleas and protests of nearly every sector of the Nigerian and international community religious, civil rights, political, trade unions etc http://ireport.cnn.com/docs/DOC-1198875 in 2016 Soyinka To Nigerians – Forgive Buhari’s Past Read more: https://www.naij.com/415107-soyinka-to-nigerians-forgive-buharis-past.html BUhari is better choice to Jonathan https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=6&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwjHueXI9O3NAhXJAsAKHW8PCWkQFgg8MAU&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.naij.com%2F381182-buhari-is-a-better-choice-to-jonathan-soyinka.html&usg=AFQjCNHCtfVWFMd8v9P9md8dwy4VEeOsUQ&sig2=AMfEIOgD4oiXNKCDplsucQ as for the co-herdman and looter Tinubu you have it here CHAMELEONIC PEOPLE: Tinubu in 2003, 2007 and 2011: Yorubas are for restructuring of this country. All Yoruba should join ACN which is right party for true federalism. There is no way Lagos which generates more than ten times what Kano does should get same amount from the federal govt as Kano. Tinubu through Osibanjo in 2016: We are against restructuring the country. Restructuring won't solve our problems. Even if Lagos receives more money, they won't still use it well. If Lagos is allowed to keep all that the state generates, they won't be matured enough to use it well. na wetin bi this haba we go kwotinue speaking the truth |
Redmancunian: 10:18am Comprehension problem is very common among the youths these days.. God help NaijaIn a civilised and a balanced scale tell me the difference between you and the vampire herdsmen U have a country a person walked away with old people pension fund and you are here saying God bless Nigeria well well well the SUN must set abeg oooo abeg enough is enough |
abafool Joe or any other sane Igbo has not denied injustice in the past against Igbos but the recent stupid call for war and hate speeches as a result of Jonathan's loss in 2015. The injustice cannot be corrected by inciting genocide against ourselves through the action of Jonathanians. Thats very silly. If any people must bring war upon themselves let Jonathan's people do it and destroy their own land and leave Igbos out of the useless war incitements.the problem with you is that you talk from both side of your mouth. lets pretend a person call for war as you have depicted and a person is paying his price as you have wished As an IPOB we stand for the truth; the question we are asking you is; who said monkeys and baboons will be soaked in blood if . . . . What should be his own punishment? Power must come back to North etc tell us what to do? holy MR black Antagonist IPOB is waiting |
Andre Murray still stand on Scotland secession and he has not be shot what hate are we talking about then mad mad kwontury full of mad people |
