As 4me,I a'int buying anythng til dollar comes down. As of yesterdaÝ, skye bank charged me #200 to $1. So freaking expensive. Thank God I did my end of year biz wen access bank was charging #166 to #1

in other words, you won't buy anything for at least 2 years

yes, the receiver gets charged.
the supplier wants you to add the charges to what you will pay. In that way, you will bear the cost.

nairaland has 2 apps, one for browsing and one for front page notification.
you have the former on your tab.
for the front page notification, you will need to download google play service on your Nokia XL first before it can work.

Alibaba is for sourcing product, not for payment

if the seller accepts escrow, you can pay via alibaba; use a PC or click on desktop view on your phone browser, click on start order, fill the quantity, your address, bla bla bla. then the seller has to confirm the order before you can pay.

if the seller does not accept escrow, then you have to pay outside alibaba; PayPal, western union.... hopefully, the seller might agree to send an aliexpress link you can pay with....

I happened 2read reviews on d page of d shop i want 2patronize&som ppl were saying d hair wa§ fake&other complains; while somÉ said they sent a short length instead of d length they paid for.

IÑ al those Çases,if thÓse ppl paid thru aliexpre§s,they'l open dispute&the hÀir sellers wil loose.

One Óf d sellerd i bought earings frm,sent me a private mail saying that if d jewery isn't as i expected,i shldn't open dispute or giv them a negative review;rather, i shld send them a mail&we'l work it out privately.

if you want to buy hair, use sort by seller rating to get the best product

for the scam part, if you open a dispute claiming your goods were not shipped to you, you will win because the tracking number will show shipped to Guangzhou while your address is Nigeria.
exchange rate differs based on banks expect 187-195... access bank has the lowest exchange rate compared to others

made payments yesterday, I was charged 188.7/1$ access bank

most of their products are usually not as good as described
they will ship late
their products are relatively expensive compared to most Chinese sellers
they are liars
give them instructions, they will do something else
payment via Fafalux can be frustrating some times; they once told me they didn't receive my payment and it took over 2 weeks to be rectified
they only ship via Fafalux which is in my opinion the worst shipping agent in China; no express shipping, late response, expensive charges, they don't work on weekends and their normal shipping takes like forever.
and the list goes on and on....
