After submitting one's application, is it allowed to updates or edit one's motivation letter? If yes, when will it be the last to update any information submitted?
Have you paid your application fee? If yes, there is a big chance that your motivation letter is already being evaluated along side other documents you submitted. If you modify your application the admission committee might have to start all over again.

TOTAL REGISTERED VOTES = 82,344,107
TOTAL ACCREDITED VOTES = 29,364,209

It's same everywhere. The percentage of actual voters to register voters is usually very low. Also when compared with population

Buhari strongholds so no surprises, you should be more wary of results coming from the South west... Especially polling results in Ibadan and Osun
PDP won those states in 2015. Don't just worry about Oyo and Osun

I thought Estonia opened an embassy in Dubai. Check it out and make extensive inquiries to them
That is not a full embassy. It is an enterprise embassy and might not be open to such requests as student and tourist visa applications. The full embassy will be opened in Abu Dhabi this year. Report currently say by summer. Summer in Estonia is June to August.

For all I know, Egypt embassy has not been helpful for once especially when it comes intermediate embassy as a result of school admission.
I know a friend whose passport was held for 2 months without any further process. Why didn't they try Turkey or India? India as well isn't reliable these days.
Did the peron apply for student visa or tourist visa? And when was this?

Time is really running out and no head way with visa still, please let me know if you are also going to EUAS
I am not going to EUAS. I am going to Taltech this summer. I actually ask the question on behalf of two guys who are awaiting their visa approval. They are also tired. You people could have made up a batch to Israel if you were up to ten in number.

Why not apply for summer and have a long time to process visa because as it stands, you guys need a miracle to resume EUAS. You have one week to get visa approval to even leave Nigeria.

Good day everyone.
Thanks for the valuable information you share on this platform.
My brother just got admitted in EUAS Estonia, and needs to be on ground by January 25th.
At the moment, we are considering the Estonian embassy in Istanbul Turkey, considering things have become tough in Israel and Egypt.
What do you advise in getting a Schengen Visa?
How quick is the turn around time and what is the cost estimate?
Thanks for your time.
Has he be able to get visa?

Is Buhari the INEC chairman?

When INEC disqualified APC in two states, you people didn't say INEC is biased. If anything, this postponement gives PDP one more week of false hope and noise making
PoliticsFLASHBACK: In 2011, INEC Moved Elections After Voting Had Started! by Suplexx(op): 12:32pm On Feb 16, 2019
What about this? In 2011, voting had actually started in some parts of the country when INEC announced that the election had been moved by two days!

The national assembly elections were scheduled for April 2, 2011 and had commenced smoothly in states such as Lagos, Kaduna, Kebbi, Delta, Zamfara and Enugu when Attahiru Jega, a professor and INEC chairman, announced the postponement. Reason: late deployment of electoral materials.
